We stopped for the night on the way to the south of France. Very convenient location just off the motorway. Clean premises. Enclosed parking lot is a plus given lots of people stop on the way with cars full of luggage that are obvious targets for break-in’s. This is a US motel style property. All the rooms have one large window that faces the outdoor corridor used to access the rooms. There is an electric rolling metallic shutter to make the room dark at night. The shutter in the room we stayed in was inoperative and stuck half open. As a result the room was lit through the night by the parking lot lights and then the light of dawn. We notified staff at breakfast, who just said thank you for letting us know, we will get it fixed.

Pros: Nice and clean property. Appeared fairly new or newly refurbished. Nice breakfast buffet. Reasonable priced. Cons: Front desk closed after 11 PM. No 24-hour phone number for assistance. If you need help after 11 PM you are out of luck.

I have seen these hotels on roundabouts and next door to used car lots but my preference has always Ben to look for somewhere more central. For various reasons we booked this one. The location was not good but very convenient, just off the motorway. First impression when checking in was how nice the stair ant area looked and friendliness of the receptionist. The room was excellent and spotlessly clean. Ours was well back from the road and faced the opposite direction to the motorway, hence was very quiet. There were only about 4 or 5 like this and I would guess that all the rest might be rather noisy. We decided to eat in the restaurant and had a very nice dinner at a very reasonable cost. Breakfast next morning was likewise. In conclusion, a smart clean modern and functional hotel and very very good value.

well it was a very handy stop , we were travelling from Italy and going to Cherbourg , easy enough to find ( yellow signs to follow after leaving motorway ) clean , great shower , and we ate well in the restaurant..
