This hotel deserves a 11. Wonderful and warm hospitality from amazing Ioanna and Marius. You feel at home from the moment you enter this small hotel in the beautiful village. Everything is perfect - attention to the smallest details. Excellent breakfast, a burning fireplace, warm in body and heart.

Prepare yourself to something completely different

Prepare yourself to something completely different. The property is in a village that was abandoned for many years and is partially populated. Cars are not allowed, prepare for a 5 minute walk from the car park. Ioanna has packed the property with tons of special items creating a unique atmosphere like no other place. Marius prepares an amazing breakfast and is great to speak and consult with. Absolutely different than any other place we’ve been to. Highly recommended!

Truly magical stay in a fairy-tale house

Fagaropetra looks straight out of a fairy tale — magical from every angle. At night, when all the lights are on, the stone house glows like something from a dream; and inside, every corner is full of small, thoughtful details that make it feel cozy and alive. The hosts were genuinely kind and helpful, always ready to give tips and help us plan our trip around the area. The people staying there added to the experience — it felt like a small family, with everyone sharing this special place together in a relaxed, friendly way. Breakfast and dinner were homemade, fresh, and healthy — simple but full of flavor. Our room had everything we needed, was very clean, and fit perfectly with the mountain atmosphere. It’s a rare place that feels both peaceful and a bit magical. If you’re visiting Mount Olympus or the traditional village of Palaios Panteleimonas, this is the place to stay.

There really is no need to complain about such a special place.

A magical place with wonderful and truly special people… When we arrived in the courtyard, we saw everything was colorful and hinted at something artistic, but we never imagined how unique and creative it all would be. The hosts are delightful and the atmosphere is warm and homey. Breakfast is absolutely exceptional!

Perfect place to stay!

Amazing owners! Marios and Ioanna were so kind, funny and charming. They make you feel so welcome. They made our stay very memorable and special. If we are ever in this area again we would love to come back and stay longer. The property of the house is gorgeous with art and nature to discover at every corner.

Ioanna and Marios are two beautiful people both on the inside and outside. The Inn was magical like you live on a fairytale in the graphic mountain of palaios panteleimonas. Definitely give it a try! For two vegans like us getting the chance to eat deliciously vegan breakfast was a dream that came true and they gave their best to serve us with the the most delicious & nutritious food. It was a truly magical place to be, with a very unique and beautifully detailed decor. The hosts really made us feel very welcome and made our stay memorable. The property is simply perfect. It’s cozy, well equipped for both the summer and the winter. The hosts, Mario and Yoana make you feel like you arrived home. My father and I came from New York during Christmas to escape the city and trek at Mount Olympus. We were originally going to stay one night, but a few minutes after we settled in our room, we decided to extend our stay. The room with ocean facing view is truly majestic, with big windows giving you a panoramic view of the sunrise. The hosts make you a delicious and varied vegan breakfast every morning. Mario helped us finding the best treks and things to do around Olympus but also for the destinations we were going to next. Not only are the hosts great, the people staying there were also wonderful and we got to share great moments / conversations. We can’t recommend this place enough!

A wonderful place to spend the night - and an even better place to wake up in the morning

This was a lovely little place with oodles of character and incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - and I really enjoyed eating it outside overlooking the breathtaking views below. All in all, a really special place that I'd love to return to one day!

The public car park was some distance away and not the easiest of walks. This isn't a criticism of the accommodation at all (everywhere in Paleos Panteleimonas is exactly the same - it's all part of its charm), but please make sure you bring sensible shoes and limit the amount of luggage you need to carry.

an immersive experience into another world .. the inn hosts only a few guests, which makes it personal. the young couple that runs it becomes your friend right off the start. and the top quality has been the same for the last 5 years, since the first time I visited. location is great!

Magical heartwarming destination

The house is straight out of a fairytale!! Romantic traditional spacious room with comfy bed and great sea view. Hospitable owners (including Merlin the maltese dog) that make you feel like home. Delicious home-made breakfast. Really pet friendly place!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The house can be easily found following a path in the woods,just be sure to follow Ioanna’s detailed instructions.

This might be my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

It’s located next to a wonderful Greek mountain village, close driving distance to the coast, hiking, and Ancient Greek archaeological sites. The property itself is completely unique and transports you to a different world. You have to see it to know what I’m talking about. The room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable, something that’s hard to find in a lot of European properties. The value is terrific. The owners are incredible - friendly, accommodating, and fun. I really could go on forever about how great this place is…

The bathroom was very small, very rustic. We would have prefered a a brighter room, but during the summer it seemes that the one we had, was cooler , so all in all it was good.

If I had to use just one word to describe this place, that would be Paradise. The place is stunning, beautiful, magical. The rooms are clean, pretty with everything one needs. Breakfast is outstanding. Fresh ingredients and delicious. And the most important our hosts. They are above and beyond. Their hospitality is unique. Marios has so much knowledge about the area and there is so much to do around. Ioanna is the nicest person, with the nicest energy and so welcoming. Thank you SO much for this amazing stay. In a word, superlative - a fantastic place in an amazing location.

Quirky and witty decor which sacrificed nothing to comfort. It was difficult to choose between our room and the outside are when it came to sitting and chilling, I just wish we could have stayed longer. Last but not least, both Marios and Ioanna are exceptional hosts, going above and beyond the call of duty - the very embodiment of philoxenia.

The place to stay and to enjoy

It is one of the best places we stayed ever. The location is wonderful not far from Olympus and from the sea, the views from the room, house garden and the village are admirable, the house design is great. Breakfast is very special and tasty. The village is very nice. But the most important are the owners. Mario and Ioanna are extremely friendly and supportable, make everything to cause you enjoy staying here. We didn't want to leave.

It is a little bit difficult to find the place with a car. Suggest to ask the owners to send the exact place of parking and instructions how to get the place. It is necessary to walk about 100 meters from the parking.

What's not to like in Feggaropetra? This place is the definition of genuine hospitality. You feel instantly like home. Ioanna and Marios will make everything for you to feel welcomed but not in a "needy" way like most guestrooms in Greece. It's ideal only for people with sense of humor and positive "energy". But even if you are in bad mood Ioanna will cheer you up immediately with her smile and her amazing breakfast! Don't forget to taste Marios' delicious homemade pie!!!

The design, decorations and ambiance are amazing. One could tell that so muy had love and passion went into every detail. The owners are wonderful and funny. No request is too much. Ioanna and Marios are such a friendly and warm couple that from the first time it felt like visiting a friend's home. The place is a pure fairytale surrounded by lush greenery and decorated with great taste in the slightest detail. Moreover, the location of Feggaropetra Inn is perfect, just a few meters away from the center of the village, yet having a breathtaking view towards the sea.
