Nice place to stay, it has everythinng you need. Fully equiped kitchen, everything is clean, nice balcony.

Great host. Great location, near bus stop, taxi rank and central square. Good size balcony. Good air con and wi fi.

Temperature control on shower was erratic. We had a room for 3 people which was fine as there was only 2 of us, but it would have been too small for 3 people and luggage.

all in all, it was fine

The location is excellent (beach, promenade, Lidl are only a few minutes away), but if you are with car, it is very difficult to find a parking place.

There is no mosquito net. We were on the ground floor and every time someone from the upper floors flushed the toilet, it felt like the ceiling was going to collapse on you (it was very loud).

Best bang for your buck place to stay

Room was as advertised, maybe even better, matter of fact it was better than anticipated for the price. Good location, fast wifi, big balcony, clean, and AC was brand new. Staying here if I ever come to Paralia again.

Best value appartments in Paralia

We are very satisfied with our stay at Exarhos. Definitely best value in Paralia. It looks better than on photos. Rooms are clean, and very well equipped, staff is great, Lidl is very close, and the beach is also few minutes of walk.

Excellent accommodation and who wants to relax choose this hotel.

The accommodation was very good. We were already here last year. We were still very happy with everything. The Owner lady is very cute and helps with everything. Thanks again for everything. The accommodation was clean and tidy. It is well equipped and has everything you could need. We had a great time and rested. It provided a pleasant relaxation.

I didn't come across a negative thing. Any problems encountered with the owner immediately settled the matter.

Very good price-qiality ratio.

Very close to the beach, the hotel is located in the center of Paralia. The aer conditioning works very well without any problems. Overall, i recommend this hotel.

Cazarea in partea a doua a sejurului.

Comportamentul la sosirea la hotel.Surpriza urita ce am avut-o la sosire cînd am fost cazați la mansardă deși am avut promisiunea pentru cazare la etajul trei.
