Everything was beyond great.

The host was extremely nice and helpful. She exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very close to the beach but it is not on the Main Street so it is quiet during the night. Everything was really perfect and we would be happy to return. I can only say great words about our stay and the staff.

Triple room with sea view

Everything was perfect.. starting from the room, the staff and to the host.. Envopi (who was more than sensational.. we were served with fruit, homemade cakes, homemade jam.. lots of warmth.. good cheer and a smile every morning) The room was exceptionally clean, modern equipped with absolutely everything needed for a successful holiday

Our time at Villa Vieni was magnificent. Very good price for what you get. But most of all not enough money for the warm welcome you receive. Evropi is the heart of this place and takes care of you like a mother! Thank you my dear for all your help and care. I had a sun burn and she gave us Aloe body lotion so I can sleep. Our room at the last floor was amazing with a beautiful sea view, more then we aspected! The room was a good size and very comfortable. All was perfect. The location was perfect, very close to beach, close to the port (where the good restaurants are) and away from the noise of the central Paralia. Just perfect. At level floor you have a place that makes very good Gyros. Evropi, again, thank you for everything!

A wonderful vacation and an unforgettable hostess!

A wonderful hotel and a wonderful hostess! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Evropi! Our rooms were impeccably clean and fresh, we had everything we needed, nothing was missing for a peaceful and fulfilling vacation. And the view from the terrace is beautiful, we spent wonderful evenings there. The hostess is extremely kind and smiling, she helped us with information about restaurants and parking. She made us great homemade sweets and jam, thank you again :) We came as guests and left as friends. There is a free public parking lot literally 200-300 meters away. The beach is very close, there is a path from the hotel. We will definitely be back soon!

Everything! The landlady is a very kind and helpful woman. The villa is in a good location, very close to the beach and to the shops. It is very clean. Reservation was really easy. When we wanted to know something, the answer was really fast. We were very happy to be there.

perfect location, value for money, clean, spacious room.

I am person that does not eqsy write superlative words or complain for small things. Ms Evropi (owner) she was so nice and positive person. We felt like we were at home. She brought us cake and dolls to my daughter. Even these things to do not cost too much but in this way she shows respect towards her guests. Location is 20m from the beach. Strongly reccomend. 100 m from the location there is free public parking.

Maybe internet was a bit slow but this was not problem for us at all.

Our host has been amazing, a lovely lady, all heart. She did everything in her power to make us feel welcomed and wonderful. Very comfortable beds, spacious room, with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, spotlessly clean, and with 2 balconies, one facing the splendid Mount Olympus and his snowy peaks and one facing the sea which was like 50 m away...in front of our balcony there was a garden and we appreciated the cool and quiet relaxation...😇 We've had a 🐕 border collie with us and he has also been spoiled 🥰

It was great time in Villa Vienni.Location is perfect and only30meters to seaside.We had stayed in sea view room with a quite big balcony.The room was so clean.The owner of the hotel is more than friendly that makes you feel like you are in your home.Thank ypu very much for everything.Hope to meet in a short time.

One big ❤️ for wonderful hostess

Welcome from host. Clean and nice rooms. Towels and bed linen clean and changed when you want. It has two entrances,one goes to street,shops etc…and the other few meters to the beach. Our apt.had two terraces, one we used for morning and the other for evening 😄 We really liked it and we felt at home. For each recommendation!

It has no nothing about apartment. It has about beach and sea. There is a lot of seaweed. And be careful when they return the change, in one shop they gave us a plastic coin,and one women from the other store, who saw that coin, told us that they do that often.

15 days particularly pleasant given the total availability of the owner, beach at no more than 40/50 meters ( the water is warm and trasparent). Restaurants and shops " under the house" with low prices!! To be returned next year!!

Urlaub fürs Herz ❤️

Die Lage ist natürlich großartig, besser geht's nicht. Man kann das Meer von der Terrasse aus sehen und hören, mehr als 30m entfernt kann es nicht sein. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, schön eingerichtet, sauber (werden alle drei Tage entsandet und gereinigt). Für den Preis absolut unschlagbar und wenn man 200€ mehr bezahlt hätte wäre es immernoch unschlagbar! Mein Papa ist mit mir hierhergekommen weil er in seiner Jugend öfter im Ort war und nochmal schauen wollte, ob die Familie, die er damals in Paralia immer besucht hat noch da ist- völlig ohne genauere Adresse, Telefonnummer oder irgendeine andere Art sie kontaktieren zu können, weil sein Addressbuch verlorengegangen ist. Die Hotelbesitzerin hat ihm nicht nur direkt das Haus zeigen können (die Straße wusste er noch), sondern auch die Telefonnummer der Tochter rausgesucht, damit wir sie kontaktieren konnten. Aber da hat es nicht aufgehört. Jeden Tag wurden wir mit Süßigkeiten, Snacks und Obst aus ihrem Garten verwöhnt und als mein Vater fragen wollte, wo er Tabak findet wurde ihm erstmal ein ganzes Päckchen geschenkt. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt und werden es wahrscheinlich auch nicht mehr erleben... außer wir kommen wieder hierher (und wenn wir nochmal nach Griechenland kommen, dann machen wir das definitiv). Als ich einen Rasierer brauchte wurde mir sogar dieser mal eben aus Katereni besorgt, weil sie sowieso dorthin fahren musste. Es ist wirklich unglaublich mit wie viel Liebe man hier aufgenommen wird. ❤️ Oh und zum Abschied wurde uns natürlich noch ein Geschenk mitgegeben. 🥺🥺 man wird wirklich behandelt wie ein alter Freund.

Die Duschen sind eng (hat uns persönlich nicht gestört, aber als Information für andere vielleicht interessant)

Τοποθεσία άριστη, πολύ κοντά στην παραλία κ στην τοπική τουριστική αγορά αλλά σύγχρονος κ πιο ήσυχα από το κέντρο. Πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ, από πάνω από σουβλατζιδικο που τιμησαμε. Εξοπλισμός κουζινας μια χαρά που χρησιμοποίησαμε για την παρασκευή γεύματος κ για τα γεύματα του μωρού.Νερό πάντα ζεστό κ με πίεση. Καθαριότητα στο κατάλυμα. Πλήρως Pet friendly κατάλυμα. Οικοδέσποινα πάρα πολύ φιλική, ευγενική, εξυπηρετική κ πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι ανάγκη είχαμε. Μας φίλεψε κ καλούδια για τον επόμενο μας προορισμό. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον.

Ίσως θα προτιμούσαμε πιο μαλακά στρώματα...

Totul la superlativ

Am fost cazati in perioada 4-14 august 2025, doi adulți si un minor! - Pozitia vilei, la 20 m de strada principală si maxim 50 de plaja! Aproape de bisericuta, de port, de centru! Locatie ideala! La parter gasiti o mica terasa cu mancare delicioasa si ieftina! - Parcarea - vila dispune de o parcare privata peste drum, gazda ne a indrumat acolo, loc perfect, cu umbra, am folosit masina si mereu am gasit loc la intoarcere - Camera, destul de spatioasa,dotata cu tv, ac, internet destul de bun (router la etaj, extender in fata balcoanelor), o bucatarie micuta dar utilata cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie. Foarte curat, prosoape/lenjerii schimbate foarte des - Gazda Aici ar fi foarte multe de spus.... E fix sentimentul ala cand ajungi acasa dupa un drum lung si obositor si stii ca cineva te asteapta acolo cu drag! Doamna Evropi, o doamna deosebita, gata oricand sa ajute, saritoare si sufletista. Ne a rugat cu prajituri, dar cum incercam sa tinem regim, i am spus ca mancam mai mult fructe. Ne a adus un castron mare cu fructe diverse si foarte gustoase, apoi legume, apoi smochine, si tot asa... La plecare doamna ne a adus un cadou de suflet! Am ramas foarte impresionati. Sunt oameni apropiati care sunt indiferenti si străini care iti creaza sentimente si amintiri placute! Camere de închiriat gasesti peste tot, insa oameni deosebiti si cu suflet asa ca doamna, mai rar! Recomand cu caldura si ii mulțumesc pentru tot doamnei Evropi!

Am fi vrut sa stam macar vreo doua luni! 😂

O gazda excepțională. Un om deosebit. Ne a răsfățat papilele gustative. Cateva delicii pregatite chiar de gazda.Vrem sa mai vedem si alte stațiuni in viitor. Daca vom mai reveni in Paralia cu siguranță venim la hotel Vienni. Am nr si pot vb direct. Marea este la 2 min de hotel. Apa super calda in ciuda vremii ca a plouat. Am primit si un mic cadou la plecare. 🥰

Un sejur relaxant, într-o locație curată și primitoare, cu o gazdă excepțională.

Totul a fost minunat! Curățenie EXEMPLARĂ, două aparate de aer condiționat, bucătărie complet utilată pentru gătit și paturi confortabile. Gazda a fost o doamnă deosebită, atentă și primitoare – în fiecare zi ne-a întrebat dacă totul este în regulă și ne-a surprins cu prăjituri făcute în casă și pere din livada proprie. Locația este foarte aproape de plajă (50 m)și de magazine.

A fost totul perfect nu am nimic de reproșat, doamna Evropi mereu zâmbitoare ne întreba dacă totul e ok sau dacă avem nevoie de ceva. Dimineata ne a asteptat cu prajituri delicioase facute de ea iar la plecare am primit un cadou din partea ei. Tot ea ne-a explicat din prima zi unde găsim magazinele, brutări etc. Așternuturi curate, climă funcțională, apă caldă, TV, wi-fi, frigider, plită cu inducție tot ce aveți nevoie pentru prepararea unei mese dimineaț. Vă recomand cu mare drag noi sigur vom reveni.

În primul rând, proprietara o doamnă de excepție, foarte primitoare cu zâmbetul pe buze de fiecare dată. Ne a răsfățat cu prăjituri de casă și fructe🍒. La plecare ne a oferit un suvenir❤️. Apartamentul echipat corespunzător, bucătărie foarte utilă. O terasa foarte mare cu vedere la mare🏝️. 🙏 Pentru noi este al doilea an consecutiv în această vilă,si vom reveni cu drag în fiecare an❤️❤️❤️ Mulțumim ptr tot🙏
