Great location, spotless hotel, free parking

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to both the beach and the city center. The area feels nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the free parking, which added extra convenience. We originally reserved a room without a balcony, but upon arrival we were given a room with what seemed to be the biggest balcony in the hotel. This thoughtful upgrade was a wonderful surprise, and I truly appreciate the manager’s effort. Overall, everything was well done, and I will definitely come again

Clean, quiet, perfect location, lot of parking space and excellent bed/matras/sheets

We had the small studio without balcony, to spend the night to be near to the airport. All quiet, no airplane noise. Very nice heating system, you'll not be cold. Good airco too, TV and big mirror was present. Everything was very clean and the bed was super. Matrass very thick and high quality. I loved the bedsheets very soft. If you need more blankets, in the hall there's a closet with more sheets. Good pillows too. Bathroom was very clean. Nice windows you could open and close very good. Some little sea view on the side you have. Good door system to open the door and unlock electricity. Also the front door of the building was with good security system and code. By accident I pushed the emergency bell outside with my bag while entering the code and they answered very fast and friendly. There's a little fridge inside too, that was very helpful since we brought some things with us. Coffee and thee you can make downstairs in the reception hall. The communication was very clear by message with all the information you need to know.

The toilet was very near to the water tap that sticks outside the wall. So for a bigger person it will not be pleasant to sit on the toilet or even impossible, while sticking that tap in your side. But for people with normal weight it does the job, good flush and very clean toilet. To me it was good enough. It would be nice if there was at least a little water cooker in the room.

Good for being near the airport & not much more..

OK if you need a place near the airport and not much more.

There's basically nobody there, all remote check in & out, and you're practically in the middle of nowhere. Balcon lights can't be shut off, so you cannot really darken the room as the curtains are not covering wholly, and the fridge (that sounds nuclear) can only be switched off by physically pulling the plug.. The place is clean, though, and good for catching early flights from Thessaloniki airport, right next door.

Еxtremely badly not renovated!

At least - clean sheets, a soft and comfortable bed, hot water, parking outside because it's at the end of town. Room view, as the rooms was on the top.

The bathroom had a broken part of the lock and it wouldn't close. We glued it with improvised means. Old and worn furniture, black curtains to the ground, a fire hydrant looking at you from the ceiling, not hidden. As if someone was in such a hurry that they left their hands while plastering, gluing and running away quickly. Rusty air conditioners and hair from other guests. Narrow elevator barely for 2 people with one bag. I am also attaching photos (if approved). Maybe the other rooms are better, we don't know! The hotel is misleading with its reviews, with the cleanliness and the conditions in the room itself.

The room looked just like the pictures, which was great, but there was a noticeable smoke odor when we arrived. We checked in after hours, and the hotel and surrounding area felt completely empty – a bit eerie. While it’s probably safe, the location feels remote and not very walkable, even with my dog.

Good option for one night stay before your flight.

The room was quite spacious, with modern furniture and two air conditioners, which was a nice plus. The location is very close to the airport, so it’s a convenient option for a one-night stay before a flight. Check-in and check-out were contactless — we received clear instructions via WhatsApp, and everything went smoothly, even though there was no one at the reception.

The location felt a bit unsettling from the outside. The elevator was extremely small and looked like it could break down at any moment. Our window had broken glass, which seemed to be covered by large curtains — probably to hide the damage. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was missing a glass door, so water leaked all over the floor. The blanket looked freshly washed but had visible old stains that hadn’t come out, which felt unhygienic.

Good bargain

Good value for money, nice location quite close to Perea center and beach. Nice view from the balcony overlooking the bay.

No staff to be seen. Check-in works online, which is ok if there aren’t any problems.

Nice studio hotel

We have stayed only one night to reach airport early in the morning. It is only 10min ride to airport. Rooms have nice small balcony with a great view.

Very good

A nice small hotel 10 minutes from Thessaloniki airport and 200 meters from the beach and numerous restaurants. The rooms are very good and clean, with small bathrooms and large balconies. The guys at the reception desk are very kind, nice and helpful. Very good value for money if you want to spend the night waiting for your flight to another destination or simply want to relax for a few days in a peaceful environment.

Practical

it’s conveniently situated and the staff was really helpful, kind and communicative. Good VFM for the services provided and the winter season for one or two nights. Especially for a visit to the eastern part of the wider Thessaloníki area.

Bad

The bed was comfortable

There was no staff the whole time, only builders in doing renovations. Staff text me code for reception door and left room card on desk at reception. No lock on inside of room door. No breakfast that was supposed to be included. Felt very unsafe. Builders made noise all day. When leaving, my check in form was still where I left it on desk so no staff in for whole time I was there.

Exceptional

I arrived later than I wrote in the reservation and everything was prepared and the check-in was really fast. The rooms are big and very modern! The bathroom is small but for a few days I didn't need anything else. Panos, the guy from the reception was very kind and he helped me with everything that I needed!

As I arrived later I had to wait in front of the hotel because you can't enter if you don't have a card which you will receive only after the check-in. Maybe it will be better to give the opportunity to wait in the reception.
