Beautiful pension, close to archeological attractions, excellent value for money

Nice and clean room, balcony and veranda with wonderful view, comfortable and warm bed, central heating (which is important at winter time), polite and friendly hostess. Very close to archeological sites and museums of Virgina ( ancient Aigai)

Very simple, great view from the balcony, very hospitable hosts, who were considerate about me screwing up the booking

A good place for a short stay. Aging, but still comfortable. All you need for a one-night stay. Nice big terrace. Free parking to the front.

Exceptional

Time travel through the second half of the 20th century. In a very positive way. The place is cozy, and the pension has an authentic atmosphere. Everything was clean. The rooms are large, and we didn't expect that. Given the price, this place is a sweet spot for anyone wanting to visit the local museums or just to rest on their trip.

Lovely stay in a quiet little Greek village

Really good value for money! We were treated with real Greek hospitality! On top of that, host offered to change our original room for a bigger one for no extra cost. Definitely recommend the place!

+ cozy room although a bit dated + comfy bed + air conditioning (good for heating the room as well) + nice balcony + good price + free parking in front of the building

- smelly bathroom - very small shower place - old furniture - the owner charged me 1 euro extra for accomodation without any reason - the owner told us that we have just been upgraded to a better room for the same price, but we have received exactly the same room as in the Booking.com pictures... - the owner informed us that the archeological sites are open, but these were closed for an unmentioned period of time

Lovely old pension close to all the sites.

Charming building with lovely hosts and great views of the mountains. Good-sized room for a very reasonable price and good continental breakfast.. Within walking distance of the museum but you might want to drive to the car park if you want to see the theatre, sanctuary and palace. The museum itself is a great experience and very informative. Good restaurants nearby.

The pension could do with upgrading some of the fixture and fittings. Our shower room was too small to avoid soaking the whole room, including the loo, if you took a shower. Sadly many of the outdoor archeological sites were closed to the public when we were there (Sept 2022) and were also very difficult to find - almost no signage to help.

Location close to the highway and very easy to find, breakfast ok, village very nice and clean, a lot of restaurants at 5-10 min to walk.

The room was not enough isolated against the noise, but was ok. Hot water not enough warm.

Good location & value for money, nice host

Very good location if you visit the area or if you're just transiting, good value for money. Village was a pleasant surprise, interesting museum and many tavernas with local food. Thima, lady owner, is very nice and helpful, she made us feel like home.

They gave us a bigger room for the same amount of money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to reach location. Very clean. A/C Easy to reach food location in the neighborhood.
