This place is absolutely beautiful. Walking through the resort feels as if you’re in the jungle, and the view from our villa was simply breathtaking, as it was located right in front of the sea, with nothing but trees in between the unit and the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the kids play room and the private pool. The overall location is a bit far from the main attractions but you can easily get by with taxis. Our vila was isolated and we stayed during low season so it was very quiet and relaxing.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few details fell short of the comfort expected from a 5-star hotel. The outdoor breakfast area was hot and full of flies and bugs, with limited vegetarian options and no cheese selection. The villa’s separate bedroom and living room required separate key-card access, which was cumbersome and inconvenient and the living room door was difficult to operate. The bathroom also lacked privacy and sound insulation, making it difficult to use without disturbing someone sleeping. That said, I would still recommend this hotel, as long as you don’t expect a truly luxurious 5-star experience.

Surly general manager and poorly trained staff...On arrival, was shown to rooms far away on a hill and away from the facilities and on 6th floor without lift..have one old person and two small children, asked to be moved but had to pay extra...also, me and my daughter were bitten all over by what was quite likely bedbugs due to the intimate places of the bites. These were extremely painful but when I complained to the general manager, she was surely and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge the issue. We were truly taken aback, have stayed in hotels all over and never been treated in that way - she should not be in the hospitality industry. It ruined what would have been a reasonable stay. The hotel is also nice enough but rough around the edges, not a 5 star, more like 4.
