La posizione è ottimale, centralissima. Confortevole l'alloggio e comodo il letto. Temperatura in casa ottimale e nessuna difficoltà nella gestione. Super lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Il bagno diviso dalla toilette e lontano e Soprattutto senza aspirazione è un disagio notevole. La casa avrebbe bisogno di più cura, soprattutto per la muffa in bagno che è nociva. Sarebbe auspicabile più cura nei dettagli per gli ospiti: un altro doccia shower e shampoo, non quelli già quasi terminati dagli ospiti precedenti. Se ci fosse del tè e qualche bottiglia d'acqua, sarebbe cosa gradita. Non tutti bevono caffè.

Das große Platzangebot, die Küche und die absolut zentrale Lage.
Die Aussicht auf den Innenhof. TV und Dusche wäre schön gewesen … aber das sind keine wirklichen Mängel.

Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Her türlü mutfak malzemesi, kettle, bulaşık deterjani, bulaşık makinesi tableti, yağ, tuz, bulaşık süngeri bile vardı. Banyoda du jeli, sıvı sabun, saç kurutma makinesi vardı. (Saç kurutma makinesi yazmıyordu ama vardı.) Çamaşır makinesi ve kurutma makinesi olması çok güzeldi. Kalmak için ideal alana sahip bir odaydi. Sıcak su ile ilgili herhangi bir sorun olmadı.
Tuvalette lavabo yoktu. En saçma şey buydu. Wcden çıkınca diğer odaya geçip banyoda el yıkamak gerekiyordu. Oda apartman boşluğuna bakıyordu ama yatmadan yatmaya odaya geldiğimiz için sorun olmadı.
