1st City Apartments

Location was very good, close to many transport hubs, easy city to get around with these. Wonderful shopping streets on the doorstep.

The air conditioning wasn’t working but the hosts provided a good fan to help stay cool at night as soon as it was reported.

Great location and good communication with the host. The apartment was relatively clean and suitable for a short one-night stay.

The bathroom was very small, with a cramped shower cubicle and limited privacy due to the glass door. Also, the bed linen did not smell freshly washed.

A good location, and it was clean and comfortable.

We were travelling from Bratislava and realised that we would be at the property earlier than we thought. I emailed the property but did not receive a response until the following morning, prior to arrival saying it was too short notice to change. The details stated that there was a key to gain access in a box to the entrance, this was not the case. There was a key box at the property next door but not this one. I made numerous phone calls whilst we waited outside to either gain access or to obtain more information. This was difficult. Eventually I spoke to someone to whom I explained the situation, I found that difficult to understand. Eventually a lady who happened to be the cleaner appeared and escorted us up to the flat. We just needed to drop our bags to then go back out in to Vienna. She was very helpful and accommodating, had it not been for her we would have been left outside on the pavement, waiting potentially for 2 more hours. It was not a good experience….
