About this house rental
The Imperium Residence is a brand new property and a one-of-a-kind boutique Apartment/ApartHotel in the very heart of Vienna (Opera 300m/Stephansdom 300m) with 4 separate luxury hotel style rooms and a stunning view.
With in the large 200 sq meter space which will be all for you, each Room in Imperium Residence is separately themed according to Austrian Aristocracy fitted with extremely high-end furniture and fittings. Each room also offers a stunning view of the historic Neuer Markt and we provide several services like daily cleaning, breakfast, butler etc. which you can choose from as per your wish.
Space
This brand new luxury town house property is like nothing that exists in Vienna. We offer the privacy and intimate environment of your own private accommodation at the same time the luxury, comfort, services of a luxury 5 star hotel. Best part, you can choose the services as per your requirements. To provide a perfectly private environment, the whole place will be reserved for you during your stay. The location and view of the Imperium Residence is incomparable, located in the heart of Vienna at the historic Neuer Markt and in a building originally owned by the aristocratic Schwarzenberg family. Prince Schwarzenberg was born in the same building in the year 1771. The location of the Imperium Residence is a land mark in itself. The Imperium Residence has 4 luxury hotel style rooms with a capacity of up to 10 guests, the rooms are designed individually by some of the best designers in Vienna and themed according to the Austrian Aristocracy - Room Princess Sissi, Room King Franz Josef I., Room Schwarzenberg and Room Maria Theresia. The common area serves as a dining/living room for the group with hand crafted breakfast saloon and furniture. All furniture and fittings are prepared specifically for each room, none of them are purchased ready made, great detail has been taken to prepare each piece in rich details and in the right proportions. While the Residence offers our guests a truly Viennese experience in terms of design and style both inside and out, the suite is equipped with extremely modern and high-end fittings from heated flooring, highly sophisticated security systems, card and code access to rooms and entire property, alarm systems, free high-speed internet, high-end kitchenette and laundry possibility (washing machine and dryer, we also provide laundry service to our guests).
Further, our services include:

- Limousine airport pick up and drop off (not included)
- Breakfast service (on request; 25 euro per person/brekfast)

Guest access
Please note that the lift access in the property begins from the first floor. The lift will bring you from the 1st floor to the 4th floor where Imperium Residence is located. Our staff and butler will greet you at the building entry and your luggage will be carried to the room for you check in. Unfortunately, no handicap access possible.

Not enough can be said about the location at the historic Neuer Markt, established in the year 1234 the square is truly the heart of Vienna running parallel to the famous Kärntnerstraße between the St. Stephens Cathedral and the Vienna state opera. You are literally in heart of Vienna and walking distance to most major attractions and you will be able to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere right at your door step with several famous restaurants and cafe in the Neuer Markt (Cafe Oberlaa, Medusa, Le Bol etc.). Getting around
You will be able to access most of Vienna's major attractions by foot. You are 400 meters to the St. Stephens Cathedral and 400 meters to the Vienna Opera and the Hofburg palace. For everything else, you are connected with two major metro stations, Stephansplatz and Karlzplatz and several buses and trams. Parking: We exclusively offer our guests highly discounted rates for parking at the Opera parking garage, which is the closest to the property. Please request further information when necessary.
Other things to note
The whole property is rented to only one group at a time to ensure complete privacy and an intimate environment for our guests. Limousine airport pick up and drop off included in the price, please share with us your arrival details. This property was perfect for our family group of 8. Each couple had an en suite bedroom and there was a powder room in the hall. The kitchen is outfitted with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. There is also an induction cooktop and microwave. My daughter was able to make stew for all of us with no problem.
There is a large gathering area with a table that seats eight comfortably. There is a wet bar counter with a coffee pot, tea kettle, and a mini fridge. We pulled a couple of the side chairs from the bedrooms to make an additional seating group that was separate from the dining table.
The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the opera, palaces, and other significant places in the first district. It is so close to everything! There are many classic cafes to enjoy traditional food. There is top rate shopping a block away. If you plan to venture outside of the first district, the subway is about a two minute walk.
I would highly recommend the Imperial Residence especially if you have a large group. We did have some issues with the shower drains flooding the bathrooms that were addressed swiftly by Alice and her team. There is daily housekeeping that refreshes the towels, paper goods and supplies the coffee.
Alice was great and helped us secure 4 taxis to the airport on Christmas Day which was so helpful. We had an amazing time in Vienna!

4 beautiful large bedrooms, full kitchen, great helpful concierge who even had provided a fridge full of drinks, wine, fruit, yogurt, automated expresso machine, teas etc. She also gave us lots of info on what to see and where to eat. There is maid service daily included as well and a very large grocery store very close. Location is an easy walk to main shopping and eating streets and most major attraction. Also the metro is very close if you want to go further to Shonbrunn or Prater and there is a taxi stop at Albertina that always had vans waiting for large groups so location I think really can not be beat! The only drawback was the plaza right in front of the house is under a major construction project and they started making a fair bit of noise around 7am on weekday mornings. This was not a big issue for us but if you like to sleep in you may want to make sure the construction has been finished before your trip or take your earplugs. Obviously that is out of the owners control and temporary so still a 5 star property for sure and will have a brand new plaza soon! We cant wait to come back and would absolutely stay here again!
