Carambola Bungalow

Top place to stay in Phòng Nha. Super friendly staff and owner. The owner took us to paradise cave in his car and waited for us and drove us back. He helped us with the travel to Hue and the DMZ zone visit. We highly recommend this place. Very clean, good food and a fantastic view just next to river. We had a balcony overlooking the river and mountains

The homestay is located in front of the river, with direct access to the to it. The views to the virgin, untouched mountains are breathtaking. They count with their own laundry service and restaurant, with a very good value for money. We are there almost all the times except for one time, that’s how much we liked it! The family owing the homestay is really friendly, they even gifted me a cream for the mosquito bites when they saw my legs. They will also help you book any tours you want extremely diligently! We were really happy with this place!

The shower could be slightly improved, but the water had good pressure and temperature.

The bungalows are very nice the owner and staff are really kind and helpful

The bungalows are located right above the river, offering a really beautiful view. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. They also organised our cave tours for us, which were a great experience

Not very clean, with lots of mosquitoes and other insects, as well as lizards. There were no measures in place to prevent them from entering the room, so you need to be extremely careful when entering and leaving. Although the property has a beautiful garden, it could be better maintained and tidied up. We also ordered food, and the tray was full of ants. I understand that the resort is located in a more natural and wild environment, but some basic hygiene and cleanliness standards should still be maintained. We only stayed for one night to explore the caves, so overall, it was ok.
