Great location. Great staff - they found me a bus back to Hai Phong. They spent a lot of time to research and phone around. They booked it for me. When I was at the bus station they turned up to make sure I was there. A great touch.

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, airy and well presented.
Large , bright bedroom and bathroom , well equipped with toiletries, towels, hairdryer .
Lots of storage .
The communal areas both inside and outside are an added bonus .
Super comfy bed.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
I would highly recommend .
Minor things :
No fridge in the room, though there is a fridge in the communal kitchen .
Room Advertised as having patio /terrace but this was external to the room . It was in very close proximity so it wasn’t an issue .

Perfect stay for our day trip as a couple to Paradise Cave and the dark cave. Stunningly decorated rooms with large windows and with an ensuite bathroom. Very clean and quiet which made it a perfect base, plus a smart tv was a bonus to unwind with Netflix after a long day. Thank you to the hosts who were very accommodating and friendly!
Nothing, I’d return when I’m next in Dong Hoi :)

The rooms was very nice and beds were comfortable. The room had air-conditioning which was good but took a while to cool the room down. We only met the staff on check in and once again on check out, they were happy for us to leave our bags on our check out day which was really helpful as we had a train later that day. Location was good and there are some nice cafes within walking distance. I would recommend staying here.
It would be good to have a small fridge in the rooms to keep water cold as it was 40°c when we stayed.
Also a kettle would be good as we have had in previous homestays.
