HueNam Residence

This was one of our favorite stays in Vietnam! The owners and staff were very sweet and helpful, our room was clean and spacious, and there’s a beautiful garden around the residence. They provided us with bicycles to use which really added to our trip. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was great

Nothing really

We experienced wonderful hospitality throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The home-cooked meals were a highlight of our visit. Both the breakfast and the dinner we purchased were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We were especially touched when the owner kindly offered to cook congee for my grandchild who was feeling unwell. Such a thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and reflected the genuine care and kindness shown to guests

The room wardrobe was quite dusty during our stay, and only two hangers were provided. In addition, there were no curtains or window shades, which made it difficult to rest comfortably once the sun rose in the morning. This is not within the owner's control, but it may be helpful for future guests to know that there was major road construction taking place along the main road leading to the river. As a result, walking or cycling to the bridge and river area felt somewhat unsafe, particularly for families with young children.

It was homely and cosy! Beds were also clean and comfortable

The rooms’ wooden furnishings and floor were rather dusty but room slippers were provided

Everything! From the warm welcome of the hosts to the beautiful house and setting, this really is the perfect homestay in Hue! Don't hesitate to book - the hosts and staff all went above and beyond to be sure we had a great stay, using their bicycles was a highlight to explore the riverside. The breakfast was 10/10, we would stay here again if we were to return.
