Phong Nha An An Homestay

Phong Nha is a lovely place, and Moon is a wonderful host. The room was comfy, the AC worked perfectly, but what I will always remember is how amazing the breakfast was (we are vegan, and they had plant-based milk, and the veggie pho was class!). The "centre" is probably 30 mins by walking, but we took cabs, which is just about an euro, give or take. I would love to go back again, and if I do, we are definitely staying here. Highly recommended! The Phong Nha Vegan restaurant is just 5 mins walk from here, and we pretty much had all our meals there and never got bored.

Location is great. They serve good foods.

The host are very nice and accommodating. Going out of their ways to help book my tours, get overnight bus, and help me navigate around.

The room was lovely (and had AC). There is luggage storage. There were plenty of options in the included breakfast and Moon had great recommendations of things to do in the area. The cafe/restaurant area was cute and so were the owners (vaccinated) puppies! We had a lovely family dinner on the first night we arrived. The food and drinks are delicious. People staying there were social. Moon and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They helped us book our cave tour and transport to the duck farm too.

There were some ants in the room. The bathroom gets hot. (+ Dont forget to wear bug spray when you leave your room in the evening as there's quite a few mosquitos roaming around outside)

Moon and her family were wonderful hosts and truly made the stay so special and one of my trio highlights. The family dinner was not only delicious and cooked with such love but also bought everyone staying there together!
