We initially thought we were far from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, but it actually turned out to be a quick ride on the 1+ bus. The estate itself is quite spacious, making it great for a 10-minute stroll around the grounds. The room is very well-maintained, and the host was extremely warm and welcoming. Breakfast also includes freshly ground coffee, and it's completely free of charge!

Beautiful property and great dining experience.

The location was great - outside of Pisa centre but not too far. The grounds are stunning. The room was lovely with air conditioning and a fridge. The bathroom was large and clean. The option to have an evening meal was great. The breakfast was good.
The bed wasn’t that comfortable as the mattress sagged in the middle.
