Do not recommend a stay at this hotel.

Close to Pisa Tower

The 2 comforters provided had blood stains and we couldn’t use them ( it got cold over night and the front desk closes at 9pm so we couldn’t not get clean ones). We had 3 rooms and 2 of the room had dirty comforters. We advised the front desk of the dirty comforters (not to mention that blood stains are not only disgusting but a health risk) and they completely ignored us. I should also add that in the morning we wanted to add breakfast and we were told it is 10 euros per person. Upon showing them the previous message from the hotel mentioning that the breakfast was 8 euros, the price dropped to 8 euros. Our booking also stated that check out is between 7am and 11am. At 10:30 we got a fairly loud knock on the door rudely advising us that we need to vacate the room. Before leaving we advise the front desk that booking stated that check out is up to 11am. That followed by the front desk employee fighting with us about the check out time ( mind you we already move some of our luggages out of the room before 10:30am). Interestingly they were vary rude about us leaving at 11am but continued to ignore our repeated information about the comforters having blood stains. Overall this was the dirtiest and worst hotel we stayed in our 2 weeks vacation ( and we stayed at multiple hotels). I do not recommmend a stay here!

Airconditioned room. Nice dining area and nice view. Quiet. Gluten free breakfast was no problem.

We regretted to leave such a lovely setting and felt looked after.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. From the reception to the breakfast and restaurant staff, everyone provided an excellent service ( also advice on transport into town etc). The hotel has been an amazing find amongst the Pisa hotels offer. The rooms are beautifully fitted and practical too with a useful mini fridge with complementary bottled water and affordable drinks. Very clean and beautiful shower rooms with lovely mini toiletries.

Really nice property and it looks even better in real. The room was nice and the breakfast was amazing.

The stuff could be more attentive, there was so issue with the AC and we hadnt done fixed, unfortunately.

Good breakfast to get you going. Lovely spacious room and well lit. Everything presented well. Would visit again.

Not much atall, perhaps coffee facilities in the room. People will dispute location but getting into pisa easy. Simply get the rosso bus line which is 20 minutes up to about 8:30pm or a taxi to the tower costs around 18€

it’s a really beautiful place! stunning surroundings! my room was so clean and tidy! the staff were so friendly and welcoming!

it would have been nice if there was a place to have a drink at the property… it’s a walk back from the town centre and if you don’t want to walk back into town there isn’t much to entertain at the property…

Very nice and clean rooms. Fantastic shower. Short drive to Pisa. Good position to get to Carrara, Lucca and Cinque Terre. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant.

Communication was a huge challenge, specially when it came to the onsite restaurant. Could never figure out when it was open or not open. for example, we were told that it is open on weekends but then it was shut on Sunday but again it was open on Monday and then again not open on Tuesday. It became an irritant. Its a B&B. Best for overnights and weekends. If you want to just chill, you don't have much at the property. Not a +100eur property
