Clean, comfortable and friendly
A lovely welcome from the host Jamie. A spacious room with a super comfy bed. Everywhere was clean and very homely. A great breakfast. Would recommend.

Breakfast is excellent and personally cooked. Rooms clean and v comfortable and roomy. Lounge is a good feature too. All in all great value secure and personal accommodation.
Hot water tap in room needs replacing.

The property and host was lovely, the room was lovely. The only comment would be some of the facilities needs tiding up ( the ensuite) Breakfast was lovely, room comfortable, plenty of parking, easy access to NEC
The only comment I have is in regards to ensuite needs some attention, but I still would come back

A lovely place to stay
The location is easily displayed on maps and is close to the local village and petrol station. The breakfast is brilliant and freshly cooked to order if you want a cooked breakfast. The whole place is immaculate and furnished well with lovely outdoor space, though I visited in the winter months. Free WiFi is of good strength and facilities in the room good with a smart TV.
The pillows in the room were too large and robust for me, it would be nice to have 2 different pillows to cater for different tastes. Whilst the room was comfortable it was a little awkwardly set out due to the confines of the roof space. It was fine for one or two nights but I'd rather not stay longer in that space. The sink was very tiny and I ended up splashing water over the side, but there's no way to improve this with the space allowed. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, but if you're staying longer upgrade to a larger room than the upstairs single.

Breakfast was fantastic - home made by Jamie the owner! Bed was comfy.
Can be a little noisy if you have noisy neighbours, but nothing you wouldn't get at a hotel.
