Great location for what we needed and host was very helpful and friendly
Bed and bed area felt like it had little bits of sand or something in but other than that it was perfectly clean

Brilliant mini-appartment. Clean and well-kept with a cosy feel to it. Owners were cheerful and available any time you needed them (communicated via text after the first day). Would recommend to anyone on a short-medium length trip in Birmingham.
Not much. The neighbourhood isn't the nicest, but that's hardly the owner's fault. I will warn that if you use the shower for too long, it will flood the bathroom. Also, I couldn't get the wi-fi to work. Apart from that, there's nothing to say here.

The location is great, near to city center, near to Coventry road where Halal restaurants and stores located,
The room is a mini studio with a king size bed, a small kitchen, private bathroom, well furnitured, the owner is friendly person

The location was fine. A bed for the night. Uber £8 to go into the city centre.
For £57 it was basic. As a new build it needs a little more cosmetic work to make it pleasing to the eye. Different sockets. Plenty for charging though. Toilet/ wet room needs finishing off. All usable though. Handy hint- Move toilet roll before having a shower.
