Exceeded expectations, good value for money and a big thank you to Victoria
From start to end all was excellent. Victoria, the owner, was very accommodating, the bedroom and bed were really good and very comfortable, the amenities were just right including a tea pot and biscuits. The full English breakfast was excellent. All in all perfect and will definitely be staying again.

Perfect place to stay with a lovely host.
I would highly recommend the Barncroft luxury bed and breakfast. We were greeted by the host who was really lovely and friendly. She showed us to our room which exceeded our expectations, and had more than expected for a B & B. The tea and coffee facilities were excellent, even having fresh milk in the fridge rather than the small long life pods. The menu for breakfast was superb with so much choice, alongside a whole range of cereals and pastries, jams and fresh juice. If I travel back to Birmingham I would definitely book here again. I have to state, this was the best B & B I have stayed in.
