A great place for a short stay

it was clean cozy and spacious

The bathroom window won’t close as the handle was broken therefore there was a lot of drought coming in. Also the neighbours were making loud banging noise middle of the night which was quite disturbing and annoying.

Value for money

We read other reviews before booking and were initially a bit sceptical — but decided to go ahead because the price was good. Turns out, the negative comments were exaggerated. Thank you for a comfortable stay! This apartment is one of the better ones we've stayed at in Birmingham. It was clean, the living room was fab with great decor, and it felt spacious enough for the two of us. For the price, we really couldn’t complain or expect more.

The apartment was located just outside the town centre, which was convenient enough for us. There were a few minor damages, but nothing that affected the quality of our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-priced option — we’d happily stay again.

It's just about OK, if you need to be in this location

Not much to be completely honest. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

It was pretty shabby and not that clean - the surfaces in the kitchen were all fairly sticky. Ditto the cooking utensils - I felt the need to wash them before using them. The key handover was a bit of a mix-up, but I did book at the last minute so I wouldn't really hold that against the owner - nice chap - he was very apologetic when we eventually met up. This is a domestic apartment - very unhappy little lad in the apartment downstairs screaming for much of the evening. OK as long as you're expecting this setting. The neighbourhood is pretty rough but I'm sure you would know that when booking - you're probably not here on holiday!

We didn’t stay as it was dirty and unsecure!

The property was very dirty and also not secure. There was a window big enough for someone to climb through that didn’t even have a handle on it to close it. I notice now from a review in November 2024 that this issue was reported and nothing has been done about it in the last 10 months.

Check in and out was a little odd - rather than a locked key box to collect they were stored in an outside gas meter box which was hard to identify late at night and not what I would consider secure

Great host

The host was very responsive to any we had, the parking was good, the host sorted out any questions we had. I accidentally left some property in the apartment and the host made sure I got my items back! I am very grateful

We brought to the hosts attention the lack of cleanliness and there were accepting of our comments.

The matching decor was nice and great location.

Attention to detail was not high up at this accommodation. We stayed with the children and were greatly disappointed at how grubby and dusty a lot of the areas were. For us, this greatly let it down. We had booked as a family of 4 and we couldn’t all have eaten at the same time as wasn’t enough crockery etc. States toiletries supplied, was only men’s shower gel.

Best Apartment in Brum City!

The host left us breakfast, the property smelt extremely good and was in a very good condition, extremely clean and felt just like a home. Much better than your typical hotel. Absolutely will plan to stay here again.

Functional accommodation to suit weekend needs - thank you.

One bedroom flat - perfect for weekend needs. Bedroom had additional double glazing so traffic noise was very low. Living room great, kitchen had all we needed. Warm and cosy.

First time shower use took ages to warm up but next day it was absolutely fine. Bed was a little uncomfortable (but personal taste personally prefer firm and bigger bed) Boiler was noisy when firing up

Location to the venue we needed to be be at

Needed a thorough clean as food on seats and bathroom dirty. Hand prints all over Tv. Only catered for 2 people ie number of plates, cups etc and booked for 4! No baking trays for oven and no tea towel

It was okay few faults but nothing major

Overall it was clean, shower was really good and no noise concerns in a very good area where no noise is made. Very close to the bullring and grand central.

Some damage items didn’t effect my stay but just caught attention window handle broken and hole in the wall obviously not owners fault but should let guest know before hand. Also ripped sofa wasn’t really ideal.

Βασική καθαριότητα, ανεπαρκής εξοπλισμός σε λευκά είδη κ ειδη περιποιησης, μαξιλαρια κ στρωματα θελουν αλλαγη, στην κρεββατοκαμαρα χρειαζεται σκουρα κουρτινα ή στόρια, γιατι ξυπνας χαραματα.. Στο ψυγείο ειχε leftovers, χυμο, γαλα κ βουτυρο απο προηγούμενους. Η επικοινωνια με το καταλυμα ηταν δυσκολη. Ζητησαμε πετσετες, το θεωρησαν complimentary, κ μας τις εφεραν το βραδυ! Μέσω μεηλ μας σύστησαν να ξαναδουμε τι γραφει η κράτηση...η οποια εγραφε οτι ολα ειναι included κ ειχε κ φωτογραφιες με πετσετες κτλ...
