Not great but as contractors it does the job

Nice looking property and off street parking

The property has no fixed heating system, only had temp plug in heaters of all different kinds. The bathroom although not bad quality in fixtures and fittings it really smells of damp so much so the inside of the wooden door is clearly wet through. Not a nice smell. The hot water in the kitchen tap ran out and never come back after 2 days not sure why Lots of other previous peoples shower gel, shampoo and conditioner left to use which I wasn’t keen on but I can see why some places do that The double bed has some kind of centre bar running down the bed under the mattress that you can feel when lying on it The towels are quite small and not very new Mainly the damp smell in the place I think it needs looked in to

Fine for a quick stop over

Easy to get to, good location with places to eat near by. Parking was good. For 1 night it was all we needed as only used it for a stop over.

Desperately needs a refresh, lots of marks on the walls and needed a better clean. From bedroom is near the road so was noisy at night.

Great time in Birmingham

Very good location, close to Birmingham city centre and the airport / NEC. The flat had the essentials included.

The flat could’ve been a bit cleaner. Bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned for a while and old / used towel was left in there. And the floors were quite dusty. Not pleasant seeing all sorts of human hairs everywhere

1 week stay

Stayed for a week as there was work done at my house. Lovely spacious bungalow with really convinent parking with gate to ensure your car is safe. Comes with all basic utensils and kitchen ware as well as toiletries.

Could improve privacy as the garden door looks into neighbours garden- a blind or curtain would help.

Good little apartment for family with plenty of shops around the area .

Beds were very comfortable host was very good at handle any problems .

Could do with some privacy round the back garden maybe a bit of fencing so could be a bit private.

Brilliant stay and very friendly, helpful host.

stayed here for a football match at St Andrews with a friend and our 2 little boys. Perfect location for it with off road parking. Flat is beautiful, modern and well presented. 2 large bedrooms and social space. All the essentials in large supply such as toilet roll, washing up liquid, cutlery, etc. Had everything we needed including milk, tea and coffee. Host was helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.
