The garden area is unfortunately not a private feel, Harris fencing splitting you off from someone else’s garden, and some rugs hung over for ‘privacy’

It’s open and spacious Very clean and comfortable with a nice chilling spot in the back :) I love how fresh everything was and how happy the place made me feel. Thank you!

Very convenient local for NEC and airport

We were unable to park on the driveway on Thursday night as the owners were having a family gathering. This would have been fine if we had some pre warning but we didn't and had to park further away on a main road. The bathroom extractor didn't work nor was there a window so it was a bit damp and mildewy.

Nice looking property and off street parking

The property has no fixed heating system, only had temp plug in heaters of all different kinds. The bathroom although not bad quality in fixtures and fittings it really smells of damp so much so the inside of the wooden door is clearly wet through. Not a nice smell. The hot water in the kitchen tap ran out and never come back after 2 days not sure why Lots of other previous peoples shower gel, shampoo and conditioner left to use which I wasn’t keen on but I can see why some places do that The double bed has some kind of centre bar running down the bed under the mattress that you can feel when lying on it The towels are quite small and not very new Mainly the damp smell in the place I think it needs looked in to
