Location was good as long as you don’t mind a slight walk - quiet in the evenings which is positive

Great location, pool was interesting - we had fun swimming in it, rooms were modern

Weird smell in the rooms, loud AC, breakfast were small.

Very peaceful. Room spotless. Floors cleaned everyday. The beach is so quiet and one of the best I’ve ever been to. New toothbrushes and toiletries were provided when room was cleaned. even when asked to not be disturbed, staff Would leave new bottles of water and toilet roll in plastic bag on our door. Perfect service .

The room was reasonable for 4 people with a small private pool and patio area. And the location was good - at the quiet end of Phi Phi Bay.

The pool and grounds were in severe need of maintenance and upkeep. The gardens were a barren wasteland and the pool area was unfinished; no poolside bar or service, very few sunbeds. The breakfast area was very basic and service was slow and a bit surly. The restaurant only opened for boat loads of day trippers and closed again as soon as they left and the beach side cafe was slow to serve and often had a limited menu. Overall it felt like they were at the end of season and in need of a good renovation project.
