Disappointed not to be able to use hot tub. The property management were informed but did not fix it

Advertised with hot tub which was one of the reasons we chose this property over others. Hot tub was not working as it was too cold. Gas bbq was not working properly. Again advertised with gas bbq - did not meet expectations
