Arrive via a private elevator that whisks you from the garage directly to the third-floor penthouse. Step into the expansive living space, seamlessly connected to a state-of-the-art kitchen. This culinary haven boasts integrated appliances, a central island gas hob, double ovens, a microwave, two refrigerators, and an eight-seater dining table. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors retract completely, opening onto a generously sized lawn, ideal for morning yoga, sun-drenched afternoons by the pool, or relaxing evenings. As dusk approaches, unwind in the cozy lounge area and witness spectacular sunsets over the ocean.
The upper level houses three en-suite bedrooms, each featuring a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. Two of these bedrooms offer direct access to a private outdoor area with stunning Table Mountain vistas. On the floor below, you'll find the fourth bedroom and the main penthouse entrance.
The second floor hosts two additional apartments, each with a bedroom and kitchen. The larger apartment includes a full kitchen and a six-seater dining table, while the smaller apartment features a kitchenette. Both have private bathrooms with showers and access to an outdoor patio with seating and a gas Weber braai.

To ensure the backup system's longevity, high-energy consumption devices like air conditioners, ovens, and the pool pump are not connected.
