Unsafe Uncomfortable Dangerous Misbehaving Physical strangulation

I liked nothing about this apartment

The hotel staff. Receptionist was never abailable even didn't picked the calls. They don't have enough parking spaces. We had a booking for 3 nights but unfortunately we had to leave the hotel only after one night because the next day there was no parking space available and the area was so remote ,that it was so unsafe to park oustide ,but when we approached to ask for parking space none of the staff was available for assistance and buy when we had to leave our car outside the hotel in front ,in the morning they broke our car window and hijacked the car for whole, for whole day we had to beg to them give our car back even they pushed me and my partner as well,like they want to fight with us but somehow we managed to escape from there, I personally suggest everyone who is considering this place for stay, do not pick this hotel if u do not want to ruin your holiday or quality time, this hotel literally Don't give a shit about you or your money, once they get money they don't bother anymore, specifically people from uk or English speaking countries do not go to this place please otherwise you would definitely suffer

He was literally so helpful with everything we needed even offered to drive us to some place during our stay and helped us when we needed to face some tack drivers scam . He literally made us feel safe and comfortable. The apartment itself was really clean and quiet , comfortable for relaxation before heading to your daily relaxation with the nice clean pool aswell . I love it and would highly recommend

Maybe they could try to put a microwave in the house and make the WiFi a little bit stronger . But aside that we had a perfect stay and wouldn’t mind staying there again

The apartment is very spacious, views from terrace and pool are excellent. Facility has free parking, elevator, roof top patio and pool.

Unfortunately cable provider had issues, our building was impacted, luckily internet functioned on rooftop.

Pleasant

Very friendly manager, always willing to help. Spacy and clean apartment with nice terace. Swimming pool is a plus, however in first days it was overchlorined (we all had short skin troubles after using it), then it was completely green after rains so housekeeper had to clean it. After it was perfect, nice crystal refreshing after the trips.

Wiew of the neighboring with car wrecks. Beds are nice and big, but for us too soft. On booking.com, a restaurant and a bar are mentioned, but this is really misleading - the restaurant and bar is 5 km away on Jaz beach. A car is definitely must in this location if you don't like walking up steep hills. Location is something like "middle of nowhere" - no restaurant, no shop within walking distance. The road leading around the house is quite busy, although its condition does not correspond at all.

The house is superb, the apartment is spacious, sunny, newish. The common pool is clean and cold. Perfect to cool one down after returning from a trip (to Kotor e.g.). The terrace doors and windows are good and they are fitted with insect nets which is important because there are a lot of tiny but stingy mosquitoes. Air condition in all rooms. WiFi perfect for all family members to watch videos simultaneously. Closed parking in the basement. If you care for nice gardens, than this place is for you. It's a little like an oasis. For this price range I think we found the best place for us!

One of the terraces had a very bad panorama on the hillside and neighbour, the other was nothing special but good to sit in the evening. Don't choose this place if sea-view is a must. But you can enjoy a good sea-view from the common terrace. (There are 7 appartments and no clue on the view from the others) The bed has very fine mattresses but it is too soft for us. There is not much to be found in the kitchen if you compare it with other European appartments. If one wished to cook, it might be difficult. We only missed a micro, a pot or a jug to make tea.

Very clean well appointed apartment the beach was great and the free beach, chairs, and umbrella were a bonus

So the apartment was extremely clean and well appointed, and after giving off to a slightly rocky start, the manager was exceptionally helpful with everything that we needed!!! Milisia is her name and she was unbelievable. She arranged taxicabs for us in the morning and afternoon every day so she is definitely worth her weight in gold. Everything we needed. She always responded within five minutes.

What I didn't like about our stay is the manager of the restaurant that is associated with the apartment is a rude and cocky jerk, who lied to us and told us he was the owner!! the first couple days we were there we bought lunch and dinner and cocktails and everything there. He never once came up to us and introduced himself said thank you or asked if there was anything he could do for us. One day the beach was half empty, and we grabbed a third beach chair and he told us we couldn't have it. I offered to pay for it and he said no that I had to pay for two chairs and literally the beach was half empty for the entire day. I never spent one more dollar at the restaurant, so it probably cost the owner at least €600 in lost sales at the restaurant!!! my recommendation would be to fire the manager of the restaurant. I don't know what his name is, but he had a gray beard and gray hair, but all the other staff was very good. One thing I will say for sure the advertisement on booking is wrong it's not 1000 feet from the beach. It's about a mile and a half drive. So you either have to take a cab or rent a car because it's straight down the side of a mountain.!!!

Location not recommended

Nice garden, cosy place, nice terrace

The presentation on booking.com is not real: the location is not 340 m from the beach but 3 km away on a cliff, you cannot walk to the beach only reach it by car, cleaning services do not exist (but this not mentioned on the site, only communicated to us 2 days after our arrival when we asked for it), they do not pick the garbage, they do not change towels, nobody speaks English at the location, nobody tells where is the dedicated area on the beach and not even written instructions in the appartment, tiny bathroom of 2 sqm in an appartement for 4 persons, the shower in the bathroom floads on the floor when used so there is water on it all the time (and again i underline that nobody comes to clean), during our stay at the location the agency that is administrating the area sent messages to us to convince us to cancel our reservation on booking.com so that they do not pay taxes to it anymore. The price is double vs what you get in reality. During our stay in the location we wrote a complaint to booking.com but nobody answered for over 1 week.

Next time would take apartment or hotel to Budva

Communication was very quick and good, although the information that taxi is very cheap and to Budva costs approx. 3€ was incorrect. Taxi was twice that much, but when taking it from the city centre, it was even 3 times more expensive.

Location of the apartment. Very noisy street in front of the house. When the cleaning lady started to clean the upstairs apartment 9.00 am, then it was impossible to sleep downstairs. Vacuum cleaner + furniture moving made lot of noise. The view from the first-floor apartment wasn't nice, even though the balcony was spacious and you would want to spend time there. Also too noisy when cars or motorcycles passed by.

Thank you for wonderful vacation. I liked the apartment a lot, everything was perfectly well organized. Good location, near the beach and near Budva. Clean, modern, relax. Nice garden and terrace with the pool. Wonderful view. thank you so much for your hospitality and support. Whenever it was needed we got services immediately. Highly recommended!!! just small remark - you need a car for this location, but you will get free parking space, so it is not a problem.

We truly loved everything about our apartment. It was very cozy and clean, the view was excellent, we also loved our hosts and the garden where we could taste delicious fruit and veggies. As a bonus there were free sunbeds at a beach downhill. Really recommend!

Ein kleiner perfekter Familienurlaub

Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man ein Auto hat, denn zu Fuß irgendwo hin zu kommen ist schwierig. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ein Traum, wenn man die umliegenden Baustellen ausblendet. Es gibt eine Waschküche in der man die Maschine nutzen darf, das finde ich immer sehr hilfreich.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings hat jeder einen anderen Standard zu Sauberkeit.

Bardzo życzliwy gospodarz, chętny do pomocy, uczynny: poświęcił swój czas pokazując nam sklep, wskazał dojazd na plażę i miejsce gdzie mogliśmy parkować samochód. Byliśmy ulokowani w dwóch pokojach. Apartament 4 osobowy był przestronny, z dwoma tarasami, dobrze wyposażony w nowe sprzęty. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja. Warunki bardzo komfortowe. Drugi pokój - studio 2 osobowe nam się nie podobało.

Studio 2 osobowe. Pokój zgodny z opisem. Ale uwaga: brak okna w studio wychodzącego na zewnątrz. Jedyne okno otwiera się na korytarz koło windy i składników. Dramat. W studio brak okna nawet w łazience. Łazienka sama ze śladami zacieków, pachniała stęchlizną, jak i reszta pokoju. Nie było na wyposażeniu suszarki na pranie, z resztą tam nic nie schło. Gdyby nie drugi apartament to nie mielibyśmy gdzie suszyć strojów i ręczników.

La piscine et la vue sont clairement les seuls points forts

Les photos ne sont pas représentatives du studio dans lequel nous avons dormi: matelas posé sur un sommier trop petit, odeurs d'humidité , moisissures au plafond surtout dans la salle de bains, pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur ( la fenêtre donnait sur le couloir de la sortie de l'ascenseur), fenêtres à peine occultantes, aucune intimité , le parking est un terrain pas vraiment adapté à un parking ( pas simple de s'y garer.) Nous n'avons croisé aucun personnel de l'hôtel sauf à notre arrivée, nous n'avons donc pas pu nous entretenir de vive voix avec eux: l'hôtel semblait désert. Le prix est élevé si l'on compare avec les autres établissements où nous avons dormi. Fuyez !

Din poza camera pare tare ok, dar in realitate e mai rea. Peretele de la dormitor e patat de la scurgerea de apa, tablourile se vede cum se prelinge apa pe ele. Patul e in realitate o canapea cu saltea de pat...destul de murdar, la baie era par in scurgerea de la dus. La baie se vede mucegaiul. Am ramas o singura noapte si ziua urmatoare ne-am mutat la alta cazare. Domnul de la receptie nu prea stie engleza, deci nu avea rost sa ii explicam situatia. Singurul geam din tot locul era cel ce se vede si in poza...cu deschidere la hol unde se afla liftul. Seara era zgomot de la cainele legat afara. Nu ne asteptam la o camera luxoasa, dar ne asteptam la curatenie si conditii ok. Dezamagitor. Regret nespus ca nu am apucat sa fac poze, in a doua noastra zi am stat doar pe plaja si cand ne-am intorz la cazare am decis ca nu mai ramanem...asa ca nu am avut timp sa facem poze. Am scris mesaj pe booking ca doresc parcare, a trebuit sa parcam masina pe strada in fata locului...
