Peaceful Escape Close to the City

A wonderful stay in a beautifully quiet location surrounded by nature, yet just minutes from the city. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped. The views were stunning, the atmosphere relaxing, and the host exceptional. Truly a 10/10 experience.

Budva short break

A beautifully peaceful getaway from Budva town. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed a drink by the pool as we watched the sun set. Food delivery was available and drinks in addition to kitchen facilities in some rooms. WhatsApp communication was superb and Svetlana and Peter were fantastic hosts.

Be aware that the road from town is a steep uphill climb with no pavement. Taxis are available.

Such a beautiful place in a peaceful, quiet area—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was lovely and welcoming, and the little pool was a great bonus, especially with the big inflatable duck (definitely a highlight!).

Very comfy room and amazing swimming pool. We watched the sunset while had a bath. Very calm atmosphere around the house and friendly hosts. They recommended us some nice restaurants.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail was truly impressive – from the soft linens and well-stocked kitchen to the peaceful ambiance and modern decor. It’s clear that the hosts genuinely care about their guests’ experience. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the surrounding nature right from my room – waking up to such a peaceful landscape was a real treat. And enjoying my evening coffee by the pool while watching the sunset... simply unforgettable. The location was perfect – quiet and private, yet still close to everything you need. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the place feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a top-quality, stress-free stay. Nice calm stay near Budva!

A very nice room in a villa in the middle of nature, with access to a pool (it's not very big but it's very nice). The place is quiet, 10 minutes by car from Budva. The room was very comfortable.

The swimmingpool was really great with clean, fresh water and a beautiful view over the mountains. Very friendly owner.

The view from our balcony was not really on the garden but on the ship construction site that is just besides the appartments. I guess we were unlucky in that sense because all other appartments did seem to have a better view. Breakfast was good but a bit overprized.

Great value for folk travelling by car... clean, tidy, helpful host

Quiet, a big and upgraded room to the one we had booked... spacious, clean, comfortable, all we needed. The hostess was friendly and not pushy, good vibes. Excellent price for what we got!

The place really needs to be accessed by car (which was fine for us) but too far from the centre to walk. Not a 'minus' but simply to keep in mind...

Pleasant accommodation on the mountains near Budva

Guesthouse is vey nice. Room was huge, sparkling clean and very will equipped (even with small kitchen and kitchenware). Host is welcoming. Location is very nice if you have a car: quiet place in a 5 minutes drive from crowded Budva.

Prima locatie, niet heel duur. Op eerste gezicht wel netjes. Mooi uitzicht

Bed zakte heel erg door, bleken twee planken van de lattenbodem te ontbreken. In de kamer waren erg veel kevers of diertjes die daarop leken. Mijn vriend heeft er 8 dood gemaakt, want ze kwamen ook op bed. Badkamer vonden wij niet heel schoon, kwam voornamelijk doordat het allemaal wat verouderd is. Je moet er zelf aan denken dat je de boiler aanzet, wij hadden dat ‘s ochtends pas door en daardoor een koude douche. Zwembad zag er vervuild uit, maar dat is mogelijk passend bij het naseizoen.

Iznimno ugodni domaćini uvijek spremni ugoditi gostu i iznad očekivanja. Smještaj je dovoljno daleko od gradske vreve, a opet dovoljno blizu za sve što čovjeku može zatrebati. Hrana je iznadprosječna. Tople preporuke svima koji traže krajnje zadovoljstvo u odmoru.

L'établissement est pratiquement neuf, les chambres sont impeccables. La piscine est un plus. Service de bar, commande de repas et petit déjeuner.

Le petit déjeuner était un petit peu trop salé. Le support de douche était cassé.

Tesis ses ve gürültüden uzak şehir merkezine çok yakın konumda. Aracınızı rahatlıkla çekebileceğiniz araç park yerleri mevcut. Peter ve ailesi bu işi gerçekten çok iyi yönetiyor. Günün her saati yardımı ihtiyacınız olduğu an desteklerini esirgemiyorlar. Odalar temiz ve kullanışlı mutfakta gerekli olan tüm malzemeler var. İnternet her odanın kendine ait modemi olmasından dolayı gayet hızlı ve iyi durumda. Şehrin gürültüsünden uzak bir dinlenme olanağına sahip. Mogren plajı, jaz beach , trsteno plajı ,ploce plajlarına çok yakın konumda bu plajların hemen hepsinde ücretsiz park yerleri mevcut. Ayrıca evin üst kısmından geçen yoldan tivat ve perast anayoluna bağlanarak ortalama 25- 30 dk erken varabilirsiniz. Herşey için çok teşekkürler Peter İstanbul'a geldiğinde Kebap yiyeceğiz unutma :)

Værten var ekstremt imødekommende. Og pressede ikke på. Værten var tilgængelig konstant. Og da køleskabet ikke virkede, fixed de den med det samme! Jeg vil anbefale overnatning hos guesthouse P&A. Mega behagelige. Og ekstrem gentleman, der hjalp os med kufferter

Dog var vi lidt presset over at håndklæderne ikke måtte bruges til fx fjern af makeup/solcreme. Vi ville selvfølgelig altid vaske vores ansigt med makeup fjerne først, men man kan ikke undgå at der kommer lidt makeup rester på håndklædet. Men da der stod tydeligt i reglerne at man ville blive opkrævet regning hvis dette skete, var det ikke super behageligt. For vi turde ikke at bruge håndklædet ved poolen, fordi vi havde solcreme på. Man kunne overveje som vært at have nogle specifikke håndklæder til pool som godt ville kunne tåle solcreme på dem, så man kunne bruge dem seperate. Men udover dette, var det super behageligt og mega godt. Sengen vi havde larmede dog, når man drejede sig om natten, så hvis der skrues på sengen, så den ikke larmer, ville det være helt perfekt.
