Perfect view and nice staff

The hotel has a perfect view, and we had a truly relaxing stay. The staff were also very kind, polite, and attentive. The parking is available outside of the building and you can park there without any problem

Great place, exceeded expectations.

Very beautiful and quiet location within walking distance from Budva promenade (if you're a good walker - about 3 km). Very nice staff. Good facilities and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also great. Very comfortable pricing as well. This accommodation exceeded our expectations.

The location might fit less if you're planning on intense leisure in the city of Budva since it is outside the city on the mountain. Apart from this, no negative remarks.

Pleasant stay in a quiet and peaceful area.

The host and staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the infinity pool and the views over the valley were beautiful.

The bedding wasn’t changed during the 5 nights we stayed there. The big shower head didn’t function properly.

Quiet hillside location and excellent staff

Perfect location for us, outside of the main resort in a quiet area with great views. We had a car and there is plenty of free parking. The location is great for not just accessing Budva but also the surrounding area. Taxis are really cheap (5 euros to Budva) and easy to get hold of. The pool area and bar is lovely and just the right size for the amount of guests. My teenagers also made use of the gym, basic but a nice bonus. Our room was small for a family of four but that's because we were restricted by dates. It had a fridge, sink and hob for basic cooking. The balcony was plenty big enough for a family to enjoy dinner. Such great views and a beautiful sunset. Best thing about this place is the staff. Helpful, always around and full of tips and advice. Breakfast is available if you want it and they use a local caterer for food you can order in. It was great food and huge portions. The bar is staffed all day for coffee, drinks and beer. We spent 6 nights here and had a really good time. A real mix of families, young and old. A lovely atmosphere.

A quiet hillside spot outside Budva

Resort Bevilacqua is a very clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay a few km into the hills outside Budva. The pool is small but lovely, with a fantastic view. Our apartment was fairly compact, but had what we needed, as well as a decent little balcony. We were out early exploring the area each day (Kotor, Cetinje and Lake Skadar are not too far away by car) so we didn't have a chance to try breakfast, but the staff were really helpful with booking taxis in the evening etc. Budva in the height of the summer season is very full-on so we were happy to be up here instead!

We knew (and were happy) that the property is a few km out of Budva itself, but it seems even further due to how steep and winding the road is. We had a car so this wasn't a big problem most of the time, but it made evenings out more tricky. Getting a taxi into Budva was cheap and easy (the staff called for us), but getting a taxi back at night was expensive and a bit of a hassle. It's also worth mentioning that as of summer 2025 the road between Budva and Kotor / Tivat Airport is being redone, and so the traffic going that way is horrendously slow. (Not the property's fault obviously, but worth bearing in mind if you're staying here before the roadworks are finished.)

extremely pleasant

Excellent location, close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro - Jaz 2 (Madeira beach)., 5 minutes drive. Also close to Budva town (5-7 minutes drive). Amazing view to the green valley, with big terrace, to enjoy it during day, because it i s in shade, and also in the evening for sunset. Elevated, so nights are pleasant, almost chilly. Nice pool, big enough to swim in it, with nice caffe by the pool. Extremely friendly staff and host, and all very helpful. We spent 11 days in June, and booked two weeks in September.

Great place for family

Great place near Budva! City is way too busy for kids( I was travelling with 10 year olds), but this place had all we needed for short summer vacation - pool, breakfast and local restaurant delivered lunch/dinner! And bar for parents is available till 21:00! And staff - amazing, helpful! And of course the view 😍

You can’t walk to city, but taxi is available all the time!

Would not recommend

The pool and the view

The property is not the one advertised on the photos. We thought it will be a small, cosy place, with only few rooms and surranded by nature. Instead it was a big hotel, and three smaller buildings next to it (which were under construction making a lot of noice). Next to the hotel there are also other buildings. The room was not very clean, there were some disguisting stains on the nightstand and the bathroom didn’t look very welcoming. The breakfast was bad, poor choice and bad taste. Would not recommend for couples - the pool is occupied by screaming children and families keep shouting to each other from the pool to the balconies.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The vicinity is great. The whole group has a nice time, except slight trouble taking the belongings to the 4th floor over the stairs.

It would have been better served the breakfast on a huge group booking. Have to remind multiple times to refill and few items could not be refilled saying they ran out. We expect a faster service along with no items finishing off. There was a little disappointment in the group.

The location is perfect! Close to Budva but in the mountain, amazing view, making our stay cooler since we had so hot days. Nice pool.

The breakfast could have more options and the doors clapping all the time could be avoided... I guess. Also the stairs could have something to reduce the noise.

The room was fine, clean a we all had comfortable beds. The most beautiful was the environment around the hotel and the pool with an amaizing view. Very quiet and pleasant place. I also positively evaluate the approach of the owner.

Great vacation place in Budva

Beautiful view to the mountains from the with spacious and well equiped rooms. Great place to spend time for family and couples. Hotel has all the necessary ammenties and more. Staff was professional and friendly and owner of the hotel was always on site and available if help needed. Highly recommend this place for future guests without any hesitation.

Great location. However you need taxi or car to get to the place. Taxi costs 6-8 EUR from Budva to hotel and takes 7-8 minutes to get to the place.

There are no elevator so you have to carry all your baggage through stairs. Bathroom is not useful. It is an apartment building, not like a hotel. The road to hotel is not very good. Breakfast is not sufficient
