A restful and scenic stay.

It is tucked away up in the hills with a very scenic view. I found it a very restful place, away from the crowd and yet close enough to have access by car or taxi to Budva Old Town and city. There is a food delivery service available if you just wish to rest and relax at the apartment, The apartment is very clean and bright.

Some guests without cars and wish to be in the hive of beach activities may find it relatively inaccessible.

Nice apartment that offered easy parking. The overlooking Jaz Beach view was amazing! Friendly host met us on arrival. Short drive to Budva or Jaz Beach.

You can walk to the beach, but the way back is a steep hike.

Excellent stay with a breathtaking balcony view

We had an amazing stay in this apartment just a short drive away from Budva. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped – but the true highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony. We also appreciated the free on-site parking. The location was excellent, with many of the most popular sights of Montenegro (Kotor, Perast, Budva, Sveti Stefan, even Bar) within a 1-hour drive away from the apartment.

Balcony very small, nothing what it looks on main picture so be aware while booking. Normally double size would be like 1/5 of the size on main website. I had long black hair on my bedsheets so the cleaning could be better. No pressure in shower, you will barely have any water especially tonight if you have long and thick hair like mine.

Amazing place to relax!

I really enjoyed my staying at the Lighthouse apartment! The view from the balcony is so picturesque and tranquil. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and nice. Ana is the best host ever!!! Great apartments, incredible view.

Incredible view, very clean and great location. Definitely recommend, it has all the necessary facilities for a great stay. There is a bus stop that takes you to and from budva at the bottom of the hill for $1.50 each. You can also walk to the beach, just bring shoes it will take 10-15 mins. It is a great beach with everything there even a small mini market.

amazing place

beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. The owner is very nice and is in constant contact with him, you can ask him anything. from the city of Budva is 10 minutes by car and about 40 minutes on foot. it is best to rent a car at the airport because it is difficult to get to the apartment without a car. there is a restaurant nearby with a beautiful view, although a bit expensive, but you will find cheaper food in the city. There is a shop 4 minutes' drive from the property. to the beach you can go down a steep descent about 10 minutes or about the road where cars go. I recommend staying with such a nice owner

Unforgettable nice stay

My apartment had a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony. It was fully equipped and had a lot of space. The area is quite calm and of course the view from the balcony is amazing. Host Ana and her dad are very friendly, lovely and helpful people and took good care of everything. Thank you so much for everything ❤

For reaching the beach u need to drive. For a walk it would be too far. Same for Budva. Actually there is nothing close by, just down the street the restaurant Ray. Had trouble with the diverse WiFi connections and with TV.

Very good

Very nice view from a quite big terrace. Two bedrooms with comfortable mattrreses and air condition. Two bathrooms and the kitchen. Downstairs nice place for barbecue - equipped very good. But the best is... Sasa, the host. He helped us a lot. Thank you, Sasa!!! He helped to rent a car, arranged the pick up on the way back to Podgorica airport and much more. The Jaz Beach is very nice, even nicer than in Budva. The only think you should know is that the apartment is on the hill, so it is much better to have a car, if you want to go somewhere every day or even to the shops. From the other side, the hill gives you many nice pictures every day.

- There is a small kitchen, fridge, cutlery, etc. - Balcony with an amazing view! - Clean - Quiet - The host and his daughter are very friendly and welcoming. - Parking for 6 cars (and apperently some extra parking space is available when the 6 parking spots are taken, but we never had to use it as we always had a parking spot available. Note that the pictures on booking are a little bit outdated. There now is a kitchen and blinds

- Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps that it will be long uphill walk when you use public transport. I would recommend having/renting an own car. It’s really something negative, it’s more fyi.

What can I say: we loved everything ! The structure is not in Budva (and this is a point of favoure) but only few km away. The position is fantastic and the apartment is nice and clean. We stayed so well that we forgot we had to move. And the owner is the bonus!! Kind and rich in good advice, we shared the love for cats, that is a super bonus for me! Thanks Aleksandros.
