huge apartment, fantastic for big groups. The apartment is well located, near restaurants, public transport, supermarket and nice restaurants. the apartment has 2 bathrooms and a washmashine, really good for travellers that will stay longer in athens or on the road for long time. the apartment is equipied with all necessary furnitures, confrotable beds and kitchen well equipied!
I arrived a bit earlier than checkin time and I was really well welcome by the host and the ceaning ladie. When leaving, the fantastic and really well educated cleaning ladie pointed out some forgoten things and was really nice with us! thank you for everything!
nothing that I didnt know upfront. no negative surprise.

Big and clean rooms, quite a lot of space to relax. Every room has AC. The bathrooms are big and clean

the hosts communicated in a professional manner, answered all our questions and offered us additional advice (ex - parking space nearby)
large, clean, air-conditioned bedrooms, clean wardrobes, mirrors, sockets, extension cords
a metro station relatively close (less than 10 min walk) and a fairly well-stocked market at the corner of the street
The bathrooms were a big disappointment: to get to one of them you have to go through the kitchen.
And the second one needs quick reconditioning - worn, rusty parts, the shower in the valve and the valve with peeling paint...
The kitchen was even more disappointing - small, tight, old furniture that does not inspire the idea of hygiene and we did not have the courage to store food in it.
It's a pity that no investment was made in the common spaces; the bedrooms are super ok and, with a minimum of effort, I think it could substantially increase the rating of the apartment.
