Very good location. A short walk to train station and not too far from the tourist spots. Very spacious. 7 bedrooms that can accommodate a big group. Thr host is responsive and answer our questions quickly. All bedrooms have air conditioners. Good value for money for a big group of guests. We love the apartment and would come back in the future if we have a chance.
The mattresses are not very comfortable. The facilities are old, though still functional.

Value, large, #beds. We would stay again. Building was secure. Reasonable location, close to train and busses. All bedrooms had AC (set at 25°). Had 3 washing machines. Didn't use.
Bedding was not provided for the sofabeds. Not super clean. No extra toilet paper or emptying of garbage without request. Beds are spring mattresses and you can feel the springs. Getting hot water was problematic - 1/2 hour wait every time and you can't use the shower while it's warming up. Really only 2 showers. Toilets flushed well. Water pressure good. Living area very tight for 14.
