We loved everything about the property, great facilities, found very homely. Very comfortable bed and easy to locate/get to. The host was incredible and very accomodating, we were able to check in early and check out late which made the world of difference, we were so appreciative. Would recommend this place and I would personally stay here again and again.

We weren’t a big fan of the location as the street it is on was abit rough with homeless people following and shop keepers trying to talk after saying no/walking off. But if you are not alone it is perfectly fine/safe. Otherwise didn’t have any issues :) the apartment was stunning and very homely.

Well Located, nice place to stay

Location wss great, in the centre of city. Despite comments that the area is a bit "dodgy", we felt very safe and people in the street were very nice. The room is a renovation in an old building so has its charm and the room was looking new and spotless. Communication with the owner was easy to solve little issues. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. . Near metro

The shower mixer was a bit on the cheap side with water pressure that can vary easily so adjusting the water temperature of the shower can take a bit of work. Internet speed needs to improve, visitors are too dependant on mobiles and tablets. We had one sfternoon and evening where we could not use it. It was solved the next day by switching to other rooms network but we missed some deals on guided tours.

Good value for money

It is located approximately a ten minute walk from the station which connects to the airport and is walkable from all the main attractions. Acropolis was approximately 20minutes and the Panathenaic stadium was over half an hour? We had an early flight and the host was also very kind to let us check in earlier as the room was already available. The place was nice and clean upon arrival and it is located maybe in the Asian area of Athens as there was a large Asian population and shops. However there were a few great traditional Greek restaurants within close walking distance such as Avli and Tavern Klimataria.

The wifi was intermittently working and sometimes quite slow. One morning when we were showering there seemed to be no hot water? But as it was warm outside, it wasn’t too bad.

Great room, in a convenient but run-down location

The room itself was a good size, and had all necessary amenities. The bed was comfy, shower had good pressure, and the kitchen had a lot of appliances (would have loved some tea/coffee available though). I had a challenge finding the entrance when I arrived, but the property manager responded quickly to a message.

The location is very convenient to central Athens, however I can confirm (especially during public holiday times when many things are closed) that the streets didn't feel the most welcoming. Everything was a bit grungy, tired, covered in graffiti, and did not have the comforting bustle of Central Athens. I'm sure I was safe in reality, but I didn't exactly feel it when walking around the area alone. Especially in the evening and when entering into the lane where the hotel entrance was, I stuck out like a sore thumb as the only female on the street, let alone being the only white person, young, alone, and carrying luggage. Only one spare blanket so if there is someone on the sofa bed, there will not be extra layers for them if it is cold.

Lookes like The Apartment was recently renovated, and well equipped, The beds were very comfortable.and They were flexible With our checkout time.

As a girl The place of The Apartment didnt feel safe to go to at night alone, and The building and The elivator didnt fell safe. We had a problem in The toilet at night, it was fixed only at 10 am.

The linens were clean and smelled nice, the apartment was comfortable and clean in general, and I also liked that there was a bidet in the bathroom. The hosts were very nice.

Excellent appartement, situé dans un lieu stratégique !

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'Appartement dans son ensemble, avec les meubles, la cuisine et les matériels présents (machine à laver,... ) , permettant d'être autonomes. De plus, la localisation est stratégique : proximité de marché, de la station de métro OMONIA, des sites historiques, etc

Je n'ai pas aimé entendre la nuit le bruit des climatiseurs, probablement des étages superieurs

De locatie is top, service ook. WC had een probleem. Werd gelijk de volgende dag opgelost op zondag morgen (terwijl ik zaterdag laat pas een bericht stuurde en iets liet weten.) Techniek stond binnen 10 minuten aan de deur. Alle faciliteiten voor langer verblijf en zeker korter verblijf zijn ruim aanwezig.

Wat geluid van de wasruimte en de wasmachines daar (heel soms) en wanneer je de deur uitloopt van de locatie, de straat is niet heel leuk, maar zit wel onwijs centraal. Binnen 2 straten zit je midden in het centrum. En er waren geen extra warme dekens (1 nacht wat kouder gehad.)
