Wonderfully cool (good AC) and comfortable with a great view to the Acropolis. Very good instructions given in where to find the building and how to get in with the various codes. The elevator to go up was great and free parking close enough to the building worked out well. Easy to walk to the center.
The entry area to the building was a little confusing as there was non obvious building name to see. No reception or lobby. And the entry foyer was dirty and a bit smelly. But the room was cool And relaxing.

Room was well maintained and clean / modern
Listening to the washing machine outside the room door at all hours of the day and night and perspn in room being loud on arrive and talking loudly.
Didnt realise while we were there for 2 days it was being serviced.

The apartment itself is nice and it was clean. But the building is not !
The system with keys was working well.
Position is good, just in center and 15min from Acropolis.
The building was terrible and smelling. Luckily just to enter home and getting out. Inside the apartment it's all ok.
