Easy contact with the owner; the location is very close to a metro station.
The cleanliness of the studio should be improved. Poor window insulation, you hear all the street noise.

La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalla stazione della metro a Monastiraki, collegata direttamente con l'aeroporto. Con una breve passeggiata si arriva a piedi fino all'Acropoli attraversando il caratteristico quartiere della Plaka. Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento ci sono tutti i servizi ed è pieno di locali per mangiare e soddisfare tutti i gusti

The location was great, and we walked almost everywhere. The caveat was the noise. Because it is in the middle of everything, nights can be a bit noisy. If you want a quiet place, I don't recommend staying here or anywhere around the Monastraki region. If you want to stay in a central place where you have everything you might need within walking distance, this is the perfect place.
I was satisfied overall.
