Spacious apartment in convenient location, with an excellent host.

Location is really good - easy to walk to many sights. Spacious and ability to prep own snacks/meals.

Loud music from nearby venue was irritating - until 4.00 am so trouble sleeping.

Location. Host Demitris was very helpful and answered requests very quickly on WhatsApp . Local traditional food restaurant recommendations were very good. Double glazing kept out street noise.

No pull out washing line in shower area. A few light globes were not working.

It can improve.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Dimitri explained very well the instructions in how to arrive to the place. However the location is not very useful for someone in a trip. It is surrounded by good restaurants and coffee places, just dont go to the one that they recommend because the prices are very high and they lady is super rude. The metro station is near but I think that is located in the worst area of Athens. However I think that the place can improve because the space has good potential.

The rooms that I had was not what they show in the pics, not accurate at all. There was not light coming into the room, even if it has a window, because the place next to the window is very precarious. The bathroom was very uncomfortable and the towels, didn't look good, it was good that I brought my own. the place even if it was clean didn't look like that. I wanted to make a coffee and the machine for the water was super dirty. The price was good for Athens but if I would known that the room was like that I would stay in other place.

Very spacious accomodation and great value for money

The apartment was extremely spacious for the two of us, great value for money and ease of check in/out

The shower is hand held and you had to remember to turn the hot water on every time you would like to use it

Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it in its current condition

Near to every turists destination

Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bedsheets were not ready or fresh when we arrived. We also found insects in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The shower room was not clean, and the water pressure was too weak to wash properly. In addition, there were no proper cleaning accessories provided, which made it difficult to maintain basic cleanliness during our stay.

Ideal for short stays

Ideal for a short stay, walking distance to everything. There’s a place to leave your luggage, and communication is good.

Because of the building’s location, it feels a bit depressing. The room I stayed in — number 7 — faces the windows of the building across, and when you close all the curtains, it gives off a rather gloomy feeling. The towels, although old and clean, still look dirty.

Clean central apartments in Athens

Very clean apartment with a lift and luggage storage. Dimitri was very nice and hospitable. Close walk to two metro stations.

The shower did not stay on wall so we had to use it hand held for the whole shower. Not the biggest issue but not the best.

Surely the jacuzzi was very nice! It was huge! It’s located in the alternative quarter of Athens. A perfect end of our trip!

It wasn’t super clean (a stain on the couch), but overall very good anyway. Also we couldn’t understand how to switch to the hand shower.

Easy to check in, two bedrooms, clean, good helpful service.

We happened there on the weekend when there was some noise from the closeby bar, but we were ok with it. Earplugs were provided by the host.
