Metro Comfort Stay Patissia

It was quite a nice stay inbetween two metro stations nearby the center of Athens city. Even though the streets didn't look too promising at first, the apartment itself was wonderful and my friends and I really enjoyed the ground floor apartment that we had rented. The apartment was safe with a card/code and it was actually quite quiet despite being, as mentioned earlier, between two stations. The apartment has two ACs, we had a lot of access to sheets/towels/blankets/pillows.

It would have been better to have been provided more toiletries such as soap etc considering we stayed for longer than a day or two but overall we had a really good experience.

Everything was ok. There was air conditioning, clean towels, pots and dishes, a TV, a fridge, a bathroom, and a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We informed the owner that we would arrive late in the evening. Despite this, we were unable to get into the apartment, and the owners did not answer our calls. The problem was only resolved after we contacted Booking.com support. The owner unexpectedly cancelled our booking during our stay, despite of it we stayed until the end of our reservation without any issues.

Spacious place (for that price) and well equipped. Good location near the bus terminal for transit. Looked clean.

Access code to the door did not work at 11p.m. Was stuck out on the street. Tenant didnt reply. Luckily there were other guests who could open the front door for me. Access code to room worked so i could enter the rokm. Else i would have had to book another hotel on the spot. Door of appartement cannot be locked from the inside.
