Stayed here on several occasions, always clean and the staff are very friendly. It is my hotel of choice when I visit La Louviere.

The hotel location is ideal for a stopover when we travel to the UK. It’s clean, modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning costs extra, but we don’t mind as we really enjoy it.

Have stayed at an Orange before. This one not as good.

Room more suitable for single traveller........bed against the wall......only one desk chair.....only one glass provided(why?). The restaurant is more of a bar for local men...not for travellers

Proximity to main highways. Good selection of Belgian local ales. Good bar staff knowledge of the ales. Ample parking. Beers and bar snacks pricing - soooo cheap compared to UK.

Great location, staff, breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent, as always. That, and the hotel's excellent location for onward travel, is reason enough to book. The staff were also helpful.

We stayed in a room in the newer part of the hotel, where the bed was against the corner of the room. Impossible to get in and out of on that side. On advice of staff we cancelled the room we had booked for our return journey and booked a "Comfort Room" instead. You'd think marketing might have realised calling one type of room "comfort" shows the others are "uncomfortable". So, take care when booking.

Only a pit stop (2nd visit). Clean and comfortable.

Breakfast staff require retraining. Breakfast hours are until 1000. I arrived at 0950. Staff took room number, gave me a table and then promptly started to clear the buffet food away. She said "we are now closed" but then still charged me for a full breakfast.

Felt £180 for 2 nights without breakfast was expensive. If breakfast was included in that price then it would be justified.

Hotel good but get breakfast somewhere else.

Clean, reception staff courteous and helpful. Good location.

Disappointed with the breakfast. Arrived at 9:45. Told it was too late for eggs except for fried. Little left on the self service. Staff started removing everything before we finished. Felt pressured to leave as soon as possible. A waste of money.

Great stop over to visit friends

Lovely comfortable room and close to autoroutes for onward travel. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast is superb and availability is generous. There are 2 restaurants onside and both are excellent

Parking can be a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. We have a VW Crafter

We had a wonderful stay in a very clean, well maintained hotel. Had great communication with the reception before and during our stay, we thank them very much for their help. We also highly recommend La Planche restaurant next door to the hotel. A bientot! :)

awesome place to stay!

The hotel was great. The breakfast was great. Staff were very nice.

We ate at La Planche and we ate at the hotel in the small dining area by the bar. Both meals were sub par and too highly priced. The weather was very cold so we stayed in to eat. Disappointed in the food (NOT the breakfast)
