A good location , close to the hawker centres and MRT.
It was my 3rd time staying at the Seacare and I will continue to use it for my stays in Singapore.
The air conditioning didn't have much effect

Cleanliness and location.
Location near to china town and food court, just cross the street and walk about 10minutes.
Room size rather small.
Lift area is narrow .

Location is close to China town and to the river for easy walks and eating drinking .
The room we had 1404 was at the front of the building . No sound proofing from the window from the very busy rd noise below . We found it very hard to sleep also the curtains let the light in .
