Good property at a very nice location. Different MRT lines, bus stands, convenience stores, eateries, shopping places all.within walking distance.
The staff was helpful and the studio apartment was very comfortable.

Location was maybe for some a bit far from Orchid Road but it was generally very quiet
The pool was refreshing, no idea what I would have done without it
Air conditioning was a relief
I thought the positioning of the TV was somewhat odd, down beside the bed and wasn't easy to navigate through the channels.
We were limited to what we could watch

The proximity to where we wanted to be. Accessibility to stores, public transport. Decently appointed rooms. Good natural light on the east facing wing. A great roof garden
Inspite of multiple request over multiple days, the main aircon was never fixed. They kept dilly dallying it or blaming it on the mode of settings. Well its not like ive never used an AC before. The guys never fixed the cooling. Not appreciated.
The amenities in the room were decent / functional but old. Like the lumpy sofa come bed or the ac remote with no display, Or the shower that would drip for a few minutes even after everything is closed
