Fabulous location. Expensive for a small room.

The hotel is situated by the sea in the most beautiful location. The dining room and terrasse are wonderful. lovely swimming pool and very friendly staff.

Our room had a sea view ( but over a flat roof so not quite what we were expecting) It was very small. Dinner was 50/50, starter and dessert absolutely delicious but the main course not brilliant. It was very expensive for both the room and dinner. We did not really feel that the price was warranted but do appreciate that you are paying for an amazing location on a beautiful and generally expensive little luxury island.

Supremely beautiful rustic spot

Incredibly beautiful area. As good as I have ever seen. All pure raw nature. Staff was super friendly and helpful, above and beyond.

Shower was small and took a little while for hot water to come through.

Way too expensive for what you get/ a three star hotel. The room rates are high, breakfast is expensive for the quality and limited range. The extra charge for the dog is also high. Dinner was average in terms of quality but the price was, again, very high, way above what you pay elsewhere and for lower quality. The room itself was very small and standard, not worth at all the sky high price per night!

Great location even if hotel is feeling a little tired.

Probably the best location on Belle-Ile if you are a fan of the painters that visited the island as it is right next to the locations they used. Easy to just walk out in all different lights to enjoy the views. Breakfasts good and the one meal we had there was very tasty.

The door from our room to the outside garden area did not lock so was a bit of a concern. Because it is isolated, not really near any restaurants other than the one in the hotel or their sister hotel Castel Clara. You would have to travel back to Le Palais to get anything other than the standard french 3 course meal.

Superb

The location was spectacular; the dining room and terrace have amazing views. The room was small but I only paid fora standard size room so I cannot complain. It was comfortable. Breakfast (and dinner) were great!

It would have been nice to have a lounge area not in the dining room - for drinks, tea, etc. Wifi in room was VERY slow but I would have been happy to work from a lounge.

Loved the room and the location, everything was just like a dream!

The restaurant was the only disappointment, too expensive for what it was offered. The food was good but nothing extraordinary and the portions were very small, compared to the overly expensive price.

Pour notre chambre triple Le lit qui est placé à l’entrée est mal placé car le matin on entend les personnes qui discutent dans les couloirs pas assez insonorisé des 8 h on avait besoin de se reposer sinon c’était parfait A revoir pour l’insonorisation

La localisation est superbe

Tout été parfait, nous avons adoré le fromage de la planche apéritive. Ce fut dommage que la serveuse n’ai pas su nous indiquer le nom de celui ci car nous aurions adoré en acheter sur l’île. Merci
