We were looking forward to this stay after seeing photos but was disappointed, Room & Restaurant Minimalist design felt vey basic. food ordinary & expensive. Can’t recommend, wouldn’t go back.

This is the most wonderful place, a warm welcome, lovely room and a 10/10 view of the beautiful harbour of Sainte Marine and the Odet river. A fantastic restaurant is also on site.

Restful, enjoyable and wanting to return.

Idyllic Hotel in a prime location. Whilst the Hotel has no parking of its own, this was not an issue at all. We arrived on the 14th July and one would have expected parking to be at a premium in the town, yet we had no difficulties at all. Our room had a magnificent view of the River and yachts. A perfect location to simply unwind, read, and eat superbly prepared local food. I would recommend.

Cant think of anything to make the stay easier other than parking though realistically this is not a huge issue at all.

A Hotel that enjoys magnificent views of a yachting estuary

It’s one of the most attractive small hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The simple attractive rooms are supported by an uncomplicated quality restaurant producing first class seafood consistently for years. The sea views enjoyed by bedrooms and restaurant alike are worth the visit.

Friendly, relaxing hotel with excellent food in a truly idylic location.

This delightful hotel is in a location to die for! So relaxing sitting on their terrace with a refreshment gazing out over the river Odet towards Benodet. We stayed for three nights, our room at the top was airy, comfortable, very clean, perfect for our requirements and we thought great value for money. We ate at the bistro two nights, and the food was excellent (do book though), and ate out in one of the numerous restaurants in the village overlooking the harbour on the other night. We didn't use our car at all throughout the stay. The ferry over to Benodet is a great asset, and one day we took the trip over to the Glenan Islands which we highly recommend. Staff were attentive and very friendly - we couldn't fault our stay and would definitley recommend it.

Small matter: we needed the window open at night, but there is no catch to hold it open.

The situation overlooking a harbour, simple but well decorated room. Well run hotel.

Access to the room either via the restaurant or side of hotel a little difficult. A banister rail in the side entrance would help.

Quiet hotel (although it was off-season), beautiful location

The location was at the front of the hotel with a magnificent view across the estuary.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The steep steps up to the first floor might challenge an elderly or disabled person.

Beatiful view to the harbour, friendly staff, good food, clean&confortable room, walking distance to a very beatyful beach, many good restaurants. All you need was close. Breakfast was good/typically local, still some eg boiled eggs would have been nice. I would let the sun shine more to the terrace and in the evening let the terrace roof be partly away to see the stars. The view is beatiful so why not open it more and let the light and the view come in even more.

Wonderful holiday, right on the water. Sweet village, views amazing. Super clean room and bathroom…coffee and tea, toiletries etc. Sparking clean floors, crisp white sheets,cotton towels …comfortable bed. Loved waking up to the amazing water views. Resto is great but very seafood, so we walked a little to nearby resto as I am not very seafood. Will 100% come back to this hotel.
