We liked the location, being by the river.
The breakfast was good.
The lift was very handy.
There was a nearby restaurant that was good to eat at.
There was no milk at breakfast one morning.

The hotel was brilliantly located.
Room 603 was great with a very large comfortable bed and an excellent shower.
The outdoor space immediately accessible from the room was a pleasant place to sit and read and have drinks.
Early check in and late check out times were very helpful given Brittany Ferries crossing timings.
It would have been nice to be able to make tea/ coffee in our room.

Great staff, large comfortable room, very comfortable bed. Outstanding bathroom. Great breakfast.
For the price, I would expect a kettle in the room.. No a/c, but the staff brought us a fan.

Courtyard room was perfect for us as we travelled on bicycles and we could put them into the room last minute to keep them safe.
Shower area was amazing.
Very comfortable bed and bed linen.
Perfect location
Super helpful team
The door to the courtyard was not secure - not suitable for some travellers it was only held in place by a simple hook.
No opening windows, so only ventilation on a hot day was the door to the courtyard which is not secure.
Carpet was very worn (but clean)
