The apartment was spotlessly clean well equipped and comfortable all the staff were helpful and friendly and the location was excellent

There was no signage visible from the road at the front of the property making it difficult to find ,car parking spaces were very tight and corridors and public areas were dark at night with timer light switches initially difficult to find in the dark

Location was perfect though apartment was a little out of the way. Understandably we booked at the last minute. Breakfast N/A. The apartment itself was very clean and well presented.

The outside presentation of the building needs a good clean up and some fresh paint!!

Would not go again and if I did never for more that 3-4 nights and never in a basic room.

The view of the sea from the balcony, which was almost the floor area of the main room, was just acceptable but it existed thankfully. Well equipted with microwave grill and 4 halogen hob, also a washing up machine which worked after w dismantled it and cleaned out the blocked jets!. Good selection of kitchen wear. You could cook and entertain two guests, just about. I like the real cotten bedding. One cafe, Concept 8 next to the market place was excellent but no hot food.

The sofa bed was adequate but when changed in to a double bed which was very stiff and hard to do; you hardly any space to move around it in the night, without colliding with the dining table or chairs. It was impossible to open the balcony door more than 6 cm when the bed was down and there isno ventilarion window or system. Unless you are a beach fiend, , water sport addict, love cycling or long walks Benodet is totally boring. Very few quality eating places, otherwise burger and pizzas. The menues were very limited and almost identical in each eatery. Dinard on the Cote Emerald is a much more entertainiing town.

In my opinion Studio Standard in this property is only for two person, not more.

The localisation of this property is excelent for people who like to spend their holidays on seaside. But the room [studio standard] is too small for 4 people, very uncomfortable. Luckily we made some trips in the time we were staying in this hotel - in othere case it could be impossible to stand.

Dans les équipements c'est noté spa centre de bien-être Publicité mensongère il y a aucun spa ni centre de bien-être il y a juste la thalasso qui est à côté et on a même pas de tarif privilégié venant de la résidence. Pas de place de parking et accès difficile pour atteindre l'appartement de la résidence un peu un labyrinthe...

Très bon accueil, le studio était propre, bien équipé, et au calme.

Bémol sur la literie du canapé lit. Sommier bruyant, qui grince, matelas très moyen, les quelques nuits passées n'ont pas été reposantes.

Résidence bien sauf le bruit d'une porte en fer sous le casino qui résonnait plusieurs fois tout les soirs dans notre logement et certainement dans toute la résidence ( a remédier très gênant)

Freundlicher Empfang, das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Die Anlage befindet sich nur durch eine Straße getrennt direkt am Meer.

Die gesamte Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und in Teilen in einem desolaten Zustand. Ein Parkplatz kostet EUR 10 pro Tag. Lange Wege in der Anlage, unsere Etage war mit dem Aufzug nicht erreichbar.

Imbattable en termes de rapport qualité prix, mini studio avec canapé lit convertible, mini cuisine, balcon, vue sur la mer dans de nombreuses chambres, juste devant la Plage du Trez de Bénodet. Personne à l'accueil très sympathique et claire dans ses consignes. Place de parking disponible à la location.

Un lit canapé convertible à ressort ça n'est jamais le plus confortable pour dormir mais celui là est ok, ça fait parfaitement l'affaire pour un séjour court et ça permet d'avoir un mini appart fonctionnel une fois replié.

Magnifique séjour

La vue surtout sur la mer qui était magnifique et l'agencement du logement.

Seuls regrets : la fenêtre et le balcon qui n'étaient pas sécurisés et nous avons été extrêmement vigilants avec notre fille de 3 ans (le lit bebe nous a néanmoins permis de limiter son accès à la fenêtre en le mettant à cet endroit) / il faisait très chaud à l'étage le soir.

Les couchages et le manque de rangement Le fumoir du casino juste sous la terrasse très bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit, du bruit dans les couloirs. Couchages tellement inconfortable qu on a écourté d une nuit.

Situation absolument idéale. En face de la plage; il n'y a que la rue à traverser. J'ai loué un espace de stationnement réservé. Je me suis acheté un ventilateur. Personnel d'accueil très serviable. Petit appartement/studio modeste et très propre. J'ai été enchanté de mes vacances. Je suis venu du Canada et vous me reverrez assurément.

En famille nous avions loué deux appartements différents. Celui avec une mezzanine était très chaud. Bien entendu, la météo (canicule) en est responsable , mais nous aurions souhaité la climatisation ou alors au moins un ventilateur. Nous en avons acheté deux pour nos deux appartements.

Pierre et vacances ce n'est plus ce que c'était .

La gentillesse de la dame de l'accueil.

Absence de table sur le balcon . Nuisance sonore la nuit de fait de la proximité du ronronnement des évacuations de la thalasso juste en dessous . Une fois le canapé déplié en lit impossible d'ouvrir la baie vitrée pour avoir de l'air la nuit par forte chaleur . 12 euros par jour pour le chien bon admettons .mais aussi 10 euros parking par jour .tout cela pour un confort très très moyen .

La situation dans la ville

La vue sur les conteneurs poubelles et le bruit de ceux ci Le lave vaisselle qui marche très mal Le message téléphonique de la réception nous demandant de passer le jour même (mais nous sommes a la plage à 30 kms ) pour régler les taxes de séjours car la réception est fermé le lendemain !!! Donc stopper nos activités de touristes pour revenir à la résidence parce que Pierre & Vacances nous le demande, et bien non, nous ne sommes pas vos employés mais vos clients ... nous avons fait le choix de profiter de notre séjour , nous ne sommes pas aux ordres Plus jamais chez vous c'est clair !!!
