Superb
The location is excellent to visit various places in Bretagne. The Super U market is walking distance. The room was spacious, and the house is surrounded by a nice garden with trees, so it is peaceful. Mr Conan is very kind and friendly.

Exceptional
Our host was most gracious and accommodating. We had access to a well equipped kitchen and a large backyard. Shopping for dinner at the Super U was 100m away . Breakfast under the fig trees outside is something I will not soon forget. Also, the puppy Tudi made our stay special. Could have stayed longer.

Beautiful place with friendly atmosphere
Beautiful place for staying and enjoying the nature . The host is very kind and friendly person and his cutie puppy made our stay super pleasant there . It’s very clean in house and kitchen is available for using . Merci beaucoup !

Only if you're desperate and cannot afford anything better
The only positive attributes are that the room was spacious, the property is in an excellent area near the coast and very accessible by car, and there is a supermarket almost next door.
Although the accommodation may suit local workers or young back-packers, it is not suitable as holiday accommodation. There is no en suite bath or shower facility. The eating facilities are shared with the owner in his kitchen, which was untidy and unclean. The whole house was tatty. The advertisement gave the impression that we would have our own chalet, which we assumed was in the owner's garden; there was no indication it was simply a room in his house. Breakfast was an extra charge and in his dining room, not a dining area set aside for guests. The house is not signposted and is very hard to find.

Friendly host and junior host, Sneakers
The friendly host went out of his way to accommodate us. He used a translator on his phone to help with our poor French language skills. He gave us advice of where to go to see the local sites. Breakfast was delicious and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay at this site.
