Great location, cheap parking, free upgrade to a large and comfortable luxury room with an amazing view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and leisure facilities good.

Very close to the terminal for the ferry
The shower/bath needs a bit of TLC black spots on grout and limescale on taps

Breakfast was good, but only warm.
The room was great but the doors looked old and tired.
