We had been cruising and stayed just 1 night before we departed for our train the next day but would have been delighted to stay longer easy access to and from the harbour and shopping centre
Comfortable room big bed everything you need in one place exceptional value for money and breakfast was just amazing catered for everyone, always asked if we needed anything, concierge on hand to help

Location
The room was looking very tired, bottom of mirror losing all the backing, tap wasn’t very clean sylcone around the bath looked like it had been done kid stain on one of the towels

Great location for pre-cruise accommodation
Badly broken hairdryer but to their credit it was replaced by a slightly better unit on request.
The most off-putting aspect was the ball of black hair clogging the drain in the bath that I had to fish out so the water would drain away!
