Awful
Had to sit in a very cold room with no heating despite 2 visits to reception....many unanswered calls to reception and one sucessful call to reception. No attempt was made to follow up on our complaints. The coridoors were warmer than our room which was freezing. Very dissapointed and would like some redress from Booking .Com as hotel said they could not redress as booking was made through you.

Spacious, modern & comfortable hotel
Location, modern & clean. Welcoming staff & restaurant food was good for evening meals. Fridge in our room was a bonus.
We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as we felt it was overpriced.
