Great location, friendly staff but small bed

The hotel is located conveniently 2 minutes from the train station. From there you can take a tram to Basel SBB train station and two buses connect you to the airport. The reception service was pleasant and helpful, this was great.

The double bed is simply too small, two adults sleeping there was far from comfortable. The shower is elevated which can be a bit slippery if you are not careful.

Very close to the airport and the train station. Helpful and kind staff. Clean rooms. Perfect for a base for train trips to Alsace.

Ideal location for an overnight stop near BSL airport

Close to the airport (use the 11 or 220 buses) and within easy walking distance of the Saint Louis train station. Friendly reception. Comfortable overnight stay in a functional room.

A great and comfortable stay, convenient location, friendly staff, good value for money.

The room was very comfortable, quiet, and calm — perfect for a good night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and reliable. The location is great, with easy access to the airport by public transport. The reception staff were nice and friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again when connecting through Basel Airport.

Perfect stay before a flight from Basel Euroairport

The staff were very friendly. The hotel had a nice, old-fashioned feel, reminiscent of old Europe. However, the facilities were adequately modernized, for example, the wi-fi was very good, sufficient for online meetings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone using Basel EuroAirport. It is easy to access Basel city, too.

Perfect place to rest between travels

The front desk lady was the nicest person we met on our trip to France. The location is very close to the train station and 10 minutes to the airport. Easy to use shower. A ceiling fan for hot nights. Lots of pillows.

Fine for an overnight stay near the airport. Wouldn't use it as a holiday base.

Hotel was just an overnight stop before an early flight. It was fine for that. Lovely Italian restaurant half mile away.

Toilet stopped working overnight, wouldn't flush in morning. Lack of sockets in the room. Only two sockets and one was right next to the door. Hotel seems to be in a residential area. Nothing else near it. No bars, or cafes anywhere near that we found on a walk around or via Google.

Great stay!

Comfortable bed and location was near airport. If you take an Uber, you need to be on the Switzerland side of the airport even though you are going to France. Check in was pleasant and friendly.

This might be user error, but the address given took us a couple blocks beyond the hotel.

Perfect for us

Perfect location for those in transit, 2 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes by bus number 11 from the airport. The bus runs from 5.20 am until 11.20 pm with a frequency of 15-20 minutes. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly

Location, ability to check in late. Breakfast available for 11 € which was very convenient

I couldn’t remember whether the hotel came with breakfast or not. When I asked about breakfast they said yes we have breakfast but didn’t say it was additional until checking out. Since they were so nice in everything else I’ll blame it on language barrier

Pleasant and comfortable stay 5 minutes from the station.

5 minutes walk from the station, welcoming hosts, gave me a kettle to make tea as I was leaving too early to have breakfast, bathroom renovated.

Possibly put a kettle in all rooms as it is nice to be able to have a tea in the evening or in the morning.

Clean, comfortable, convenient!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, very easy & short walk from Satin-Louis Gare train station. Good breakfast including a cooker for soft-boiled eggs. Gentleman running the desk both the evening we arrived and the following morning was very kind and polite, even gifted our Uber driver an espresso. All in all a wonderful stay!

Clean, bathroom, comfortable bed

That they can't call it an "airport-hotel".. I was coming in late because of plane-trouble (00.30) I gave the notice, they only told be, use the code to access the hotel... At the airport at that time, no taxies available, the parking lot was completely empty. You would think an airport-hotel would be nearby..in walking distance maybe.. Think again, not 500 m but 5 km.. I was saved by a German, complete gentleman, random bystander, waiting for friends from the same plane, he had the courtesy to bring me to the hotel. I imagine I had to sleep at the airport if this nice man wasn't there for me (and I'd paid upfront for the hotel anyway). I suggest, inform your guest of the distance, and maybe give some advice concerning transport possibilities if coming in late. Breakfast was also very limited - almost nothing left at 09h, had to ask for milk, no egg, no eggs holder - had the impression that the guests where bothering the staff
