The building is new and it could be a very nice place in the future, there is a nice view and everything is clean and made well. Nice bathroom and the kitchen with a big terrace , very nice beds , good location. Coffee is delicious! The bus and tram stops are nearby, which is good.

When we came we were really impressed, it seemed perfect for our last weekend night before the last long hiking the next day. We were happy that the room looked perfect, the bed looked perfect and we could sleep well, because we should have a long difficult trip the next day. Finally, when we were about to turn in, we understood that the air condition doesn't work. It was really hot and stuffy inside . We couldn't sleep up to 4 in the morning until the heat went down a bit and we could sleep somehow. But it was still stuffy and the sleep was discontinuous, the next morning we didn't feel well at all! It totally spoiled our last weekend, because instead of restoring, we lost our last energy by suffering the heat for 9-10 hours!I wrote to the owner at night about this issue, and only the next morning when we were "sleeping" he wrote that he will check the air. Sorry, but it's something you have to check before , but not after a stay! I put 7/10 just because the place is really nice, but the owner should understand that he not only rents the rooms, but also can affect people's life! You can check this air as many times as you want, but I don't need(or want) to know about it, because it doesn't help me, when I'm lying for hours with no sleep. It was really strange to hear from him about some plans for checking this aircon in the future, when we were almost already left! Just imagine our next day, it was pain..and pain for our money! I understand, the place is new and could be some challenges in the beginning, but..hey! We come to rest, not to test!!

la residence est toute récente , tout est tres moderne et tres bien équipé ( il y a meme un jacuzzi ). le chauffage y était parfait , la literie excellente

il y a clairement un problème d'annonce , le logement est a partager avec des inconnus , vous louez une petite chambre et TOUT LE RESTE EST A PARTAGER , toilettes , salle de bain , cuisine et séjour !!!!!!!!

E' stato un soggiorno fantastico. La casa era nuovissima, bellissima e dotata di ogni comfort immaginabile. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 8 e con un cane di taglia grande. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Geoffroy che si è anche preoccupato di portare una cuccia per il nostro cane e una ciotola con dell'acqua. I letti sono fantastici, la cucina ha tutto l'occorrente e il bagno è wow. Viaggio molto ma devo dire che questo è uno degli alloggi più belli in cui io sia mai stata. Super consigliato!!

Lo único malo fue que llegamos tarde y nos tuvimos que ir promto y no pudimos disfrutar lo que el apartamento merece

Hôtes très attentionnés et situation géographique optimale pour se déplacer facilement (voie de tram aux pieds de la maison, gare SNCF et aéroport à moins de 10 minutes en voiture)
