We only stayed one night but wishing it was longer! The room was lovely and nicely decorated, the spa was cozy and relaxing and the breakfast was amazing - so much choice for food and many homemade options which was a nice touch. A shout out to Ines who made our check in seamless and very personal, which was so lovely and it really made our short stay very memorable and special - thanks a lot for your kindness.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great; not too far from the town center and great for a quick trip to the airport in the morning.
The spa was okay but some things were beginning to show their age.

Room was really beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was overall ok . The hotel is very nice and well maintained
Breakfast but could be a bit richer (eg no bacon/scrambled eggs, coffee is of mediocre quality,..)

Nothing about the property.
Staff needs to be able to explain things better. Like the bus rides, they say one thing about the price then you get on the bus to come back to the hotel and it’s totally different .
Food prices were outrageous. I did not like the breakfast buffet at all. It was very poor. Nothing to really select no hot foods you had it.
