Location, free parking & on arrival, the receptionist was lovely & cheerful
Many of the staff do not appear to want to engage with people. Despite being the only people present for the breakfast, it seemed to be an effort when we managed 'to catch' a member of staff to request poached eggs. The staff do not remain at the bar area, so we frequently had to go look for someone when we wanted a beverage or pay for our coffees. The bedroom wardrobe was tiny, no chest of drawers. Shelves would be handy to have, especially in the bathroom/shower.
