I was watching a show in Darlington so I wanted somewhere to crash for the night but didn't want to pay allot as I was arriving late and leaving early. I booked this property on that basis and I was pleasantly surprised, the street it's on is nice, plenty of parking. The house is very large and all private rooms, it's coded access so that's easy, it has at least 2 large bathrooms with shower and toilet in both. The house is clean and tidy, comfy bed and new carpets throughout. For what I paid I thought this place was excellent! Yes it's probably not a romantic weekend away place but if you just need the basics and your happy with that then your definitely winning

Location was excellent & the place was very quiet.
The Shower rail fell apart if you tried to move the shower head & the constant smell of cooking was a bit extreme.
