Spotlessly clean, basic yet very comfortable. Owner communicates really well and is very accommodating over late check in and proactive to help
Road/street noise and room quite hot despite not having a radiator so had window open which didn’t help with the street noise!

Clean and key safe access easy. Parking for the night was free. Easy to walk to town centre. Lots of places for takeaways etc
Didn’t understand in advance that the bathroom although private was down the hall. Water pressure good in shower but it leaked and smelt of damp in there. Room very small for 3
