As this was our first visit, the Manager Lucy came over to welcome us as she clearly new that we were not a regular customer, she asked us if we were happy with the room and the price which was very nice of her to do this.

Staff were amazing Matty the dj went out of his way to make my 4 year old granddaughter feel at ease with her extra needs and her ear defenders on. Over all the place has a good atmosphere, they could do with doing breakfast in the mornings.
Beds mattresses were so uncomfortable I have never had such a bad night's sleep in any other accommodation as this one
